  • They went above and beyond. Not only did they thoroughly inspect both systems but they also gave a lot of suggestions to us as new home owners. We were having issues with our nursery getting too hot while our baby was sleeping. We had asked a different HVAC company for suggestions and they gave us a very expensive fix. However, Isaac's gave us a bunch of low cost options to try first before installing a new AC system for the room. The whole process with Isaac's from start to finish was very easy and well communicated. We are very pleased with Isaac's and will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC needs.

  • We weren't getting heat in one of the rooms and they were actually there to fix it.  We paid a flat rate prior to the year so whatever maintenance we have is covered under that umbrella bill.  Overall I was happy.  They were thorough.  They explained exactly what they were doing & how long it would take.  They were very professional.  It took about an hour to complete the work.  The worker was excellent.  They're professional, punctual, and not over-priced.

  • Our approach was to talk with several local air conditioning companies all having A ratings on Angie's List to evaluate our home and recommend the sizing and equipment recommendations along with a cost estimate to install central a/c. Once we started the evaluation process it became clear that some of the companies lacked the dependability, available staff, experience and professionalism to get the job done. So it became easy to select Isaac Heating and Air Condition company because they stood out from the rest in every selection category that was important to us. From the beginning to the end of the installation, which took 2 men 5 full days to complete, the people from Isaac demonstrated a high level of professional, competence and total attention to detail. We are totally satisfied with the complex installation job we contracted them to complete and would highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning service or installation work.

  • I realized I my heat suddenly stopped working last night. Called Doug Mapstone Inc right at 7:30 this morning and they had someone to my house at 8:00 am. The technician found the problem right away and explained it to me, told me the cost of the part and had the repair done and the heat on by 8:30. Very friendly!

  • He added a pipe that brings fresh air directly to the furnace as per manufacturer recommendations. Service was efficient, everything seems well done, cleanup was good, and Tony is well informed in areas of heating. Price was reasonable and attention to detail was impressive.

  • It did not go well! I contacted Murray's Heating & Air Conditioning LLC on August 8th, 2016 to make an appointment to obtain a free estimate to install central air conditioning. I spoke with Maria who set up an appointment for Daniel Murray, owner of Murray's Heating & Air Conditioning, to come to my home on Friday, August 12th, 2016 at 2:00pm. Without receiving a call to indicate he would be late, Daniel arrived at 2:40pm. So I said it was not a big deal and we proceeded to walk through our home and we discussed what we wanted to do and he made notes. His visit lasted about 35-40 minutes and at the end of it he asked for my email address which I provided. Since it was a Friday afternoon he said he would work on my estimate over the weekend and send me a detailed estimate to my email address. Much to my surprise, we never received an estimate or telephone call or any form of contact. So it was an easy decision for us drop any further consideration of working with Murray Heating & Air Conditioning. Instead, we spoke with another well rated Heating & Air Conditioning company from Angie's List who was more than happy to gives us a detailed and competitive estimate that we have contracted with. UPDATE 10/18/2016: It is unfortunate that I did not receive a timely estimate from Murray’s Heating & A/C. I did receive a message on our answering machine from Michelle Hajjer from Murray’s office on Tuesday, 10/5/2016 notifying me of the problem and asking me to call. I can only presume that my review on Angie’s List on 10/3/2016 triggered the call from Michelle. Michelle and I spoke on Wednesday, 10/6/2016 and I indicated our answering machine is always on to catch any missed calls and that my email address has been the same for 20 years. So Michelle sent me two emails each from a different originating email address and I received both of them. So I’m not sure why I didn’t receive either of their previous emails or the telephone call on August 29th by the office manager since their records have my correct email address and telephone number. I can only suggest that Murray’s may want to enhance their follow up procedure to include sending a copy of their proposal by regular mail as well. This should prevent a similar situation from occurring with someone else in the future.

  • Pete, the technician, was actually a few minutes early for the appointment. He checked our gas boiler over thoroughly. He found and corrected a safety issue ( the roll out switch was not hooked up) and in response to our complaint that one heating run gurgled he purged it for air. He also checked the pressure on the gas valve. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and customer oriented personality.
    This is just the latest in a series of good experiences with Murray. I would highly recommend.

  • I've had good experiences with them. He is wonderful and he doesn't have outrageous pricing. I like him very much. I've used him twice now. I thought it was very reasonable. He came and he called several times.

  • Shane was great!  I liked that I spoke with him directly before scheduling the service call (and he was right by the phone; I didn't have to wait for a technician to call me back at his/her convenience), and it helped to explain my situation so he could come prepared with the required part.  I called at the end of the day and was facing an overtime charge, which was still very reasonable, but he came out and fixed the problem quickly enough so I didn't incur the extra fee.  He was happy to answer all of my questions while he was working on my unit and told me what I could do in the future if I want to troubleshoot on my own.  He was pleasant, very professional and didn't waste any of our time.  I am putting his number in my contacts so I don't have to go through the hassle of calling various people and price shopping.  And his price was almost half of other quotes I received...thank you, Shane!!
