    On my initial phone call, he looked up details of the refrigerator and tried to troubleshoot over the phone, but then said that he could work on it for days and still might not be able to fix it, so he wouldn't work on it, but suggested another company that might have experience with the problem. All told he spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, at no charge. Very honest and transparent, as well as helpful.

    Don came and did a reboot of the machine and it worked! I had tried that a couple of times before calling, with no luck. He kindly promised to come back free of charge if the problem recurs. Courteous, punctual and he came at 8:00 pm. Recommend! Thanks Don!

    John Boucher of JB Appliance Repair is an Authorized SpeedQueen Servicer, so we contacted him for our warranty issue. John's superb technical expertise on the equipment resulted in an extremely quick diagnosis of the problem and an equally quick repair of the machine. John is a true professional and we intend to make JB Appliance Repair (and Home Services) our "go to" contact for all future needs.

    John did a great job. My contractor told me I needed someone experienced in Microwave repairs so I called JB Appliance and Repair. John got back to me immediately and scheduled an appointment right away. It was not easy to get the inside of the door off the microwave and he spent more time on it than he expected yet his price was very reasonable. Much less than if I had someone from Sears out to do the job.

    Professional answered the phone on a Friday afternoon. Assessed my problem over the phone and scheduled a home visit for Monday. He came out to my house, was very nice, explained what needed repair and made adjustments so that the problem wouldn't occur again. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend John and JB appliance repair.

    First my appointment was scheduled for the day after I called the manufacturer. I received a call from Venesky that next day April 28, 2016 (the day they were supposed to come out) informing me they won't be coming today because they need at least 24-48 hour notice for service. I then scheduled service for the next day April 29, 2016. Bob arrived on time and went over the machine and said that the codes did come up and that he would order a new motor and main board. He said they would be in touch when the parts arrive. Two weeks later I had not heard anything so I contacted them and spoke to Bob. He said the parts were on order and should be there within the next few weeks. I let time go by giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were waiting on the parts still. I decided to call them on June 15, 2016 to check on the order since it had been over a month since I last had contact with them. The person who answered the phone could not find my file at first and then I told her it was warranty work which she proclaimed "OH" let me search in that. She then proceeds to tell me that they marked us as a "customer no-show", she did not have any more detail than that. She mentioned she would talk Bob when he was back in the office and give me a call and let me know what he said. I never got a call back so I called the afternoon of June 16, 2016 to ask if she had spoken with Bob about my issue. She said that they had lost our file somehow and they have no evidence of an order ever being placed for the washing machine and that I would have to start the whole process over again. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only was the was the customer service bad and the communication horrible. The way they treated the situation was even worse. I let them know I would be filing a complaint to the manufacturer as well as leaving negative reviews because of the situation and it was met with just an "OK". There was no apology or even a minuscule try to remedy the situation. I will make sure to never use them in the future and make sure everyone I know that needs an appliance repaired to go elsewhere.

    My Amana refrigerator was getting less cold each day over the past few days. This morning, it was not cool at all. John was in my area on another call so he was able to stop by my place before going off to his next customer. He got here within 10 minutes f my call to him. He got right to work. I was able to help him somewhat as he needed a few items (towels, hot water, etc). He told me that there was frost build-up in the freezer and that was blocking the fan to the refrigerator from working. After maybe 30 minutes, John had it all taken care of and I was back in business.

    I will not have him back on Friday or any other day. He is exceptionally rude and unprofessional.  I also think $80 is a lot of money to disconnect a board and not actually fix anything. I am hoping that the person coming tomorrow can also get the oven unlocked, which he also did when he removed the board.

    John replaced the main gasket on a front loading washing machine.  He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost of his services were amazing.  I will definitely be calling John again for my future appliance repair needs.
