    The job was so well done. It simply looked like a a brand new stove. Parts were re-chromed, re-enameled, burners re-furbished, They replaced all the missing parts, new gaskets on the ovens... got all the missing springs for the broiler and oven doors...and this is a 44 year old stove. Belgrove is maybe the only company that even knew where to find the parts! Finally Carlita and her team care about what they are doing. They want to do a great job, and work incredibly hard, so that when you walk into your kitchen and see that shining beauty where that greasy workhorse used to be, it's just really hard to believe it's the same stove.     My dryer was running, but not producing heat.  I called this company earlier this week, and arranged for a  service call today, the only day I would be home before leaving tomorrow morning for vacation.  The repairman, Hugo, came around noon and worked on the machine.  He told me which part was being replaced, and mentioned that he would also fix the joint (two pieces attached by tape) in the duct that vented the dryer to the outside. When he was finished, he came upstairs and I gave him a check for $200.  I started a load of laundry and when the washer was finished, I put it in the dryer.  It would not go on at all.  I called the company back and the woman who answered the phone said that she would try to reach Hugo.  I said that I needed the dryer fixed that afternoon because I had to do laundry and pack for my trip.  She was not at all apologetic, but actually seemed annoyed.  I had to go out for a while, so I told her that Hugo should go to my house and my son would let him in.  I went back downstairs to see if I could figure out what was wrong.  I saw that the dryer was not plugged in, and then I noticed that the power cord was caught between the top and the side of the dryer.  It went from the back of the dryer into the crack between the top and the side.  So he closed the free end of the power cord inside when he closed the machine.  He came back while I was out and I returned just as he was leaving. I asked him what the problem was and he lied to me.  He said that the ignition wires were not connected.  I asked about the power cord and, looking very uncomfortable, he said that was what he meant.  He left and I started a load in the dryer.  When I went to the basement a little later, I knew right away that the dryer was venting into the basement, because it was very warm and humid.  The two pieces were now open.  I called the company again, and as it was after 5, I got the answering machine.  Except that they don't take messages.  They don't open until 8 tomorrow morning, and by then I'll be gone.

    Vinnie was very professional.  He came on time and diagnosed the problem with my oven (bad igniter) and was able to fix in about a half hour.  I also had an issue with one of my burners which he diagnosed and explained how I could fix it myself.  I would definitely use him again.

    Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had with a repair man!!
    Woke up on Sunday morning to discover all of the food in my freezer had thawed and the unit was not cooling at all. I was in an emergency situation, so I looked for someone close to me and called immediately. Their voice mail said they were closed on Sundays, so I sent an email asking when was the soonest they could come out. Got a reply Sunday night saying they could come out around noon on Monday...Perfect!

    Came to my house and seemed very amicable...Jim took the panels off of my LG fridge/freezer and tested everything. Then he plugged it back into the wall and told me to leave it plugged in and he'd be back in an hour...
    And then I never saw him or heard from him again...he absolutely disappeared on me and left my unit in a total state of disrepair. I called him on his cell and his office number several times and left reply. Sent several reply. And all the while my food was in coolers with ice melting all over it!!

    Tuesday morning I called and reply from anyone. So, I went to where his address says he is and find that it is nothing but a PO box...this place DOES NOT EXIST. IT IS A FICTIONAL ADDRESS. He is masquerading like he is a Mamaroneck company when in truth he is nothing but a fraud.

    I finally had to called LG directly to have them send someone out that could fix it immediately and they were finally able to get someone to my house by Tuesday night, but by that time I had already lost about $500 worth of food...and countless hours of my own work time and energy. I basically lost close to $1000 by calling this guy!!
    Please, please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....EVER.

    The Tv was dropped off with a $75 deposit that was applied toward the total cost. It was picked up again in 2 weeks and works beautifully. This is an old-time repair shop specializing in TV repair, the kind you rarely see anymore. The repairman/owner was very knowledgeable and offered good advice for future purchases (i.e DO NOT purchase a Samsung TV!).

    Nick fixed my refrigerator a few days before Christmas Eve, on which I was hosting a big dinner. He returned my call same day, arrived the next day on time, assessed the problem within minutes and ordered the part on the spot. He returned the next day right on time and repaired fridge within an hour. Nick is very courteous and knowledgable, and even cleaned up after repair was made! I will definitely call him again for any appliance repairs.

    It was through the Kenmore Refrigerator Plan.  I thought the technician was great. They spend a lot of time and answered all my questions.. They were very personable and professional.  They completed their work and it worked. . There were few things with the overall Sears experience that I had issues with just in terms with getting responsiveness from the service.  But the actual technician and repair work was good. They have a lot of going through the phone system. I had trouble making appointments. They told me the person was sick and would be out there and I might have to wait for over a month for a repair person to get out there. It actually took about two and half weeks to get a technician. I had to really push. I had to talk to supervisors, the people on the phone were cordial but they did not really seem to know what was going on all through the system. The service is part of a plan where you pay $ 270 and so anything that is wrong with the refrigerator they will fix anything for up to a year. If need be I would use them in the future.
