  • I had the written estimate done at ridge view and it was accepted by the insurance company’s adjustor I dropped the car off on Monday, Jan, 18th and I was told the ports would be in by the 20th. I was pleasantly surprised to act a call on Friday the 22nd to say my car was ready. I actually cried when I saw what a great job they did. It looked brand new. I was treated wonderfully by Frank Horvath and, Ginger Horvath. I would never go anywhere else to have body work done. Ridgeview auto body is the best!

  • IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.  He charged  him  over 50% higher than his estimate.  The axel to date still leaks despite repeated attempts on his part to have  top notch fix it properly.  another mechanic has just told me that the rear differential was not serviced.  He knew this because the seal was fused to the part and he said that it appeared that someone tried to remove it but didn't.  When mu son - in - law went back yet again to top notch to try to have the owner fix the problem yet again,  Frank (the owner) told him "If you come back here again, I will cut your f***ing throat".  enough said

  • The merchant installed an engine that we were told had only 20k miles on it after doing research we discovered the engine that he in fact put in was much older and had over 100k miles on it. He took OVER A YEAR to do the entire swap when originally was told it would take a month or 2. The work he did was horrible. It was done in such a shabby way. Ex... Had a piece of 2x4 wood holding up the car computer instead of buying the appropriate bracket. At the time of the estimate we were told 30k for the labor. When the job was finished he tried billing us over 50k I thought I was hiring a nice honest guy but he turned out to be such a dishonest sh.t merchant. I could fill 10 pages like this with the shortcuts he took installing this motor but basically the message here is to not trust this guy.

  • Ordered tires i wanted, price above i'm not sure is correct. I do know they were comparable to other outfits. I went to them because I know and trust them. They have been taking care of my car needs for 15+ years.

  • The only limo service that is consistently on time- I have had several other corporate imposed services- lose their way, were late and overall not very professional. Mitch and his team are consistently punctual, know how to avoid traffic and get me where I need to be with time to spare!! and that is what matters.

  • My daughter had just closed the trunk of the car on her way to a weekend with friends, when the glass shattered. My insurance company called one of the closer shops that it subcontracts to, Automotive Elegance. Andy, the owner, contacted the folks he subcontracts glass replacement to .They managed to coordinate adding me to their schedule in the middle of a day on Friday. They were waiting for me when I got there, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Andy checked to make sure that I was satisfied with the job, all glass pieces removed before I left. With a handshake I was on my way.

  • WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT SLT IS THAT IF YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR, STEVE WILL CHECK IT OUT FOR YOU AND NOT CHARGE YOU FOR HIS TIME. HE HAS EVEN KEPT MY CAR TO DRIVE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WOULD DRIVE IT UNTIL HE HAD AN IDEA OF WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT. WE CAN ALWAYS GET AN APPOINTMENT AND HIS SHOP IS ALWAYS SO CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. STEVE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND HE IS JUST A NICE MAN.

  • Avoid this franchise of Mavis tire, at all costs. They are not owned by Mavis--it is a franchise. In this case, they derive all of the benefits of flying the Mavis flag, yet they deliver to the customer NONE of the benefits of dealing with a company with so many locations. Moe, the owner, is truly a nasty son of a _____. Even a worker standing nearby was embarrassed by Moe's behavior and offered a consoling smile.

  • The details are the fact that this man agreed to a verbal contract, took 7 months to said repairs. He never completed repairs, and now is trying to bill me for work that he never did, and I never agreed to. My truck is now being held hostage, unless I get him a certified check for the fraudulent bill he made up 7 months after I had already paid this man in full. Also beware, he reeks of alcohol, and appears to have a gambling problem, and that's how he spends your money, and then tries to scam you with fake bills. Stay as far away from this place as you can

  • We have used Osceola Garage many times in the past - they always serve us well.  Prices seem reasonable and they are always courteous.  They are willing to explain things and I never feel like they are taking advantage of me.  Also willing to offer up advice. This repair was done at my convenience and done on time.
