    I was a returning customer to Bill's and specified to the salesman/part owner that I believed in supporting family run business.  Everything went smoothly and professionally until the day of installation.  The subcontractor sent by Bills Carpet had installed the linoleum walkway and was to return to install the carpet the next day. Upon completion of the installation it was noted by myself and inspection by Bills Carpet that the linoleum was installed wrong and there was a bald spot in the carpet as well as the seams were not aligned correctly. The subcontractor was instructed to come back a third day to fix the errors.  So on the third day of installation the corrections were made to the installation.  During this 3 day process which should have taken 1 or 2 days the subcontractor had a helper with him.  On the third day, the helper took jewelry from my home.  Police got involved and Bills Carpet was notified of the theft. Bills Carpet center told me that they fired the helper that following day.  They refused to make any compensation towards me until the helper was caught by police and convicted.  Bills Carpet was happy to hand over insurance information for the subcontractor, which by the way has no coverage for theft.  They refused to give their own insurance information and upon my consultation with a lawyer, they finally gave me the insurance information.  Their insurance company will not take responsibility either.  As of now the helper who stole my jewelry has been in jail and fully convicted of grand larceny upon his confession.  Bills Carpet center never attempted to make so much as an apology, compensate me for the thousands of dollars worth that were stolen, or even called to be updated on this crime.  I am in utter shock as is all of the authorities, professionals in the court system, and potential future customers to the lack of responsibility Bills Carpet center has taken.  They chose who to send to my home, I payed Bills Carpet for a service and this is what a returning customer gets?  I have not once, received a call from Bills Carpet center and upon attempt to speak to the owner, I am told he is not around, nor is the co owner.  I cannot stress enough how backwards this company turned out to be and I strongly advise you to not give them your business. Not just because I was robbed, but because Bills carpet did not stand behind their customer,  but rather ran, hid, lied, and avoided the situation.

    Start to finish less than 2 weeks to have the work done. Cliff reviewed our needs and budget and made several suggestions on best options for us as well as suggested some upgrades. We did end up spending more for a higher quality carpet but worth every penny. We had previous install done by a big box store and every single room had massive wrinkles so we did not want to go back there. I think we saved around $500 and got a better job done. Cliff and crew also fixed the bad install job the other guys had done. Start to finish less than 4 hours plus they help move the furniture which was a big help. Note that cliff does not haul away the old carpet, but was easy taken care of by our trash service. Looks great, when we redo the rest of the house if will definitely call cliff!

    I was pleased with the whole experience from browsing at the showroom to completion of the work. The owner was very helpful; no high pressure sales. The installers removed old carpet from the three rooms and then installed hardwood flooring and kitchen tile. The installers were friendly, hard-working, and did not mind my husband looking over their shoulders. A few weeks later, when one of the kitchen tiles was not sticking, the problem was quickly fixed during a return visit. I would definitely recommend this business.

    First of all, just for clarification, Lion Carpets and Flooring completed their job(s) at my house about 2 months ago and I'm just submitting my review because I have been so busy moving into my new house and with everything else that I had not gotten a chance to do so before and, I knew my review just wasn't going to be a quick one! Honestly, there is so much that I would like to share about Nick and Matt (owners of Lion Carpets and Flooring) about my experience with them that I don't think this form will allow me to fit it all in. Thus, I will try to summarize it all the best I can and hope to do this company the justice they deserve with my review. Foremost, Nick and Matt are highly respectable young men and I could not agree more with one other review a past customer submitted in Angie's List for them that went something like: I have never been more impressed with a skilled trades crew as I am with Nick and Matt. They are younger, but experienced and professional beyond their years...
    In fact, it was that line alone that sold out Lion Carpets and Flooring to my and my husband. I found this company strictly in Angie's List and went about it based on the profile and reviews there. As I explained on the services performed section, Nick and Matt basically came into my house and they first had to and quot;un-doand quot; what another contractor had already done on my floors (which was a mess) before they could even start their services. And, both Nick's and Matt's attitude given the circumstances was very positive, comforting and assuring all the way through in that they had the knowledge and capability to fix what the other contractor had already mess up and complete the job the right way...which is just what they did in a timely and accurate manner. In the first 30 minutes into the job not only Nick and Matt had already reversed what the other contractor had done, I knew then that these two young men knew exactly how to do floors and well. Nick and Matt were highly accommodating and had good suggestions and I could tell they were not out to just make a buck. These 2 young men are very respectable and responsible. I trusted them into my house for the duration of the job and provided them self entrance into the house with no issues. Each day they left everything in place and cleaned. Even after the job they were hired to do was fully completed, they came back for further (minimal) services related to flooring but not part of the original agreement and Nick didn't even charge me. WILL DEFINITELY USE THESE YOUNG GUYS AGAIN AND I HAVE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THE. In fact, I've had other contractors after them to do other non-floor jobs, the appliance delivery guys, the times warner cable guy, etc... come into the house and I swear the first thing everyone have said is and quot;NICE FLOORS - WHO DID THIS WORKand quot;. Nick and Matt THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

    We have interacted with them a couple of times, but we are probably not going to get the work done until August. After we got the first estimate in December, we then did some modifications and contacted them just a couple of weeks ago. However, we haven���t yet received an estimate for that. The guy who came out did well and was very nice. He offered his honest opinion about what would work out for us. There were certain ideas which we didn���t think would be very practical for our kitchen. He was quick enough in getting back to us. I would use their services in the future.
