    Your Remodel Pro
Allen helped me design my kitchen project, explaining costs and options. He and his team were able to handle anything the project needed, and then some. His estimate was thorough and clear about what he would be responsible for and what I was buying (such as appliances and lighting fixtures). The job threw us a few curves, but if they were within the original scope of work they were handled without drama at no additional cost. For larger unforeseen items--for example, when my new ovens needed a larger-capacity electrical circuit--Allen brought in his expert that day at a reasonable cost. I added more than a few extras that challenged his schedule and he still stayed cheerful. His design sense and attention to detail were especially helpful to me. His crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and took care to keep the kitchen as useful as possible throughout the job. He was willing and able to create a gorgeous kitchen that's well laid out and a pleasure to work in. Even my repainted cabinets look great and the finish is still wearing well. His tile work is perfection.

    Your Remodel Pro
Allen also remodeled my master bath and kitchen - the family bath is the third project he's done for us. His work is beautiful and his crew left the job spotless each day. He's more interested in high-quality results than good-enough shortcuts, and his prices were reasonable. He and his crew are experts, showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. There are always surprises on big projects but they handled them without drama. His tile work is perfection! Best of all, Allen suggested small ways to make the room look so much better as we went along. The results were way beyond what I thought possible for a minor remodel. Allen's schedule is full but it's worth waiting for.

We hired Mesud to do our kitchen and bathroom floors. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job. The tiles on the floor came out better than I imagined. He was quick and efficient, finished both the kitchen and bathroom floor in 2 days! The job was done very professionally and we could it be more pleased:)

    Carpet One Floor & Home
Done in an expedient time frame.   Floor looks excellent.   Installers were very considerate.  Only thing I would have changed is they arrived on a wet, rainy day and they put no covers on their shoes when coming in the house.  I kept wiping water off of my hardwood living room floor.   Other than that, very satisfied with the job.   Took a day and a half rather than one day.   Floor is gorgeous.   Love it.

    Acme Wood Floors Llc
Here is the really good part about Acme floors: They came on time each day, it is a family owned business, he worked with green materials so it didn't smell and I didn't have to breathe in toxins. Overall, the floors are beautiful. I had had the traditional yellow, oil based, and Anthony used water based and it is a much lighter color, as I had requested. They worked very clean and there was no dust. I really am very happy with the overall look and quality.
My concern is that if I didn't see or point out a problem with the wood, it was not addressed. Since the floors are lighter now, and they are older floors, the nails in the threshold of one the bedrooms showed and were very numerous. I would have absolutely asked to have the boards replaced. At $20 a board, it would only have been about $40-$60. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until the final day. I had been trying to stay off the floors until they were finished. Anthony said I should have inspected the floors more closely and it was my responsibility to check. I felt they should have brought it to my attention, as it was in the middle of the doorway, but Anthony pointed to other flaws in the wood along the edges.  Anthony was upset with me when I pointed this out, and the exchange was uncomfortable. They were also supposed to include a threshold in another room that was overlooked.
Overall, my floors are so pretty and they did come and do the job in a professional manner, giving me a product that is very nice. I love the water-based finish. If I used them again, I would check very carefully and keep a better watch to details.

Wonderful Job, very nice man.  Very nice staff

The only thing I would recommend is that ALL floor refinishers suggest to their clients that they change their furnace filters when the job is complete.  I just changed mine yesterday, a little over a month after the floors were done and it was completely clogged with the dust from the floor sanding - I know I had dust on everything upstairs which was expected.  I just didn't consider the effects on my furnace.   I know this is not the floor people's responsibility, but a heads up to the consumer would be greatly appreciated.

    Dymling & McAvoy Inc
The whole process was very painful.  The lack of being professional and commutation along with the workmanship right from the very start of the project to the very bitter end was painful.

UPDATE: We are not worried about the work that has been performed at your home, we are worried about your behavior and character.  Not going to even go there. You have attacked us from the very beginning, and how can we trust you???  Attacked you this is almost funny. Did you feel attacked over the many bottles of wine and meals we shared?  If expecting you to performed professionally and just completed the job correctly is in your mind attacking then so be it. You have gone behind our back and contacted our employees while they were employed and on the job, to do work on the side, and you have contacted them after the work had been performed.  First of all as much as I like your employees on a personal level I do not have the same feelings in their skills.  Therefore, NO ONE was asked to do any work by us.  Jim did reach out to Ruddy to ask him if he had relayed what he said to Chad regarding the grouting in the corner of the outside shower.  You can refer to Joseph about that as he fixed it yesterday.  We didn't go behind your back as we have all the emails to show this also not a true statement.  Joseph was very clear in saying this issues was a Chad issue not yours.  So we contacted Chad who did come and look at the issue.  All work performed by your employees went through Joseph. You have not been honest. You, Dianne presented a punch out list to Joseph, which he completed. We sent you a final bill. You proceeded with threatening emails. Financial impact? You do not think that we have had a financial impact, since you have not paid?  If not being honest is expecting you to finish your work then so be it?.I think you get honest confused with facts.  This punch list was created by Ruddy who handed it to me on the last day he worked in this house.  Yes you sent a final bill BEFORE all the work was finished.  Would you pay someone if the work wasn't finished?  Is this your industrial standard?  We as has been stated to you in emails were ready to paid the balance owed after the work was completed.  Joseph's email stated he would be back on 11/26/ 2013 to finish anything that needed to be done and help in any way to get the house back in order.  This never happened.  In fact we never heard from you until you sent the final bill. · There is no trust, due to Jim?s emails threatening us. How do you think we can trust you? Jim's emails were just trying to get you to finish the work that still needed to be done.  As for trust it's earned and it's a two way street. ·         What is it that you are so angry about? Why do you want to destroy our lively hood? Clearly you have stated that in the previous emails, hence our reaction to you. You have decided that this is your mission.  Why am I angry?..look at the time line?.June 2013 till February 2014 for a bathroom remodel??.it is not my mission to destroy you I  have much better things in my life to do?.and again we just wanted the job finished. · This could have been amicably solved with not threatening emails, we could have come over, and taken care of the extra items on your punch list, adjusted the bill for the extra tile work and you could have paid us and we could have parted ways. What is this all about?  Please go back and look at the dates on the emails. You started this mess by threatening to slap a Lien on us.  There were 3 major issues? · 1. We weren't going to pay for work that wasn't completed. 2. We weren?t going to pay for poor quality workmanship and 3. We were not going to pay for your math error on the final invoice.  We did reach out to you and understanding that both parties had to reschedule and again we asked that all paper work from your attorney be sent to us prior to work starting? in which was started  by you in emails.  We have an email from Joseph going back that this would be done "next week".   That never happened.   Jim asked for this paper work a few different times and we never received it.  · We know the project took 5 weeks. We know we said approximate 3 weeks. Is that what this whole charade is about?  We would like to come and complete the project and finish Jim?s punch list, however we do not trust you will pay us and we do not trust your word. How do we solve that?  Again look at the timeline and it's a mode point as the work was finished yesterday by Joseph.  You can have your lawyer read this through, our lawyer gave us advice. I had in the beginning sent you a disparagement form as well, if you recall. I do not want to send our crew over there if I do not have a guarantee from you that you will honor and pay us and not try to destroy our reputation like you have said you will. Your master bathroom looks great, and have enhanced the value of your home. Do you enjoy your space, or have this ordeal tarnished your experience? It certainly has made an impact on us.  Really??again go back and read your emails?..we stated that we put the final payment in escrow and as you asked you receive a bank check for final payment after the work was completed.  This has certainly also made a Hugh impact on us you're not the only one who had a dog in this race.  People make mistakes and there were plenty of mistakes made on this project but if you once again go back to your emails we voiced them right up front?we didn't go behind your back?if you would like a completed list of all the issues please let me know I will be happy to send it to.  Jim and I both thought we had the right company to do the job and new friends also??
