    Elite Tech Remodeling
Everything was perfect! I am super happy with the job these guys did. They were very attentive to every detail and listened carefully to my comments regarding the remodeling. The work was done exactly on time and I could see the amount of care they put into my bedroom. I would definitely come back again and recommend!

    Custom Windows & Doors Inc
I needed new vinyl windows for my small home in Astoria. Valentino and his team are very punctual, professional and take pride in their work. The quality was very good and Valentino helped me choose the best windows for my home and answered all of my questions! I will definitely goto Custom Windows and Doors again in the future

We had them come to measure and give us an estimate on window installation/replacement. They had come to the door and the guy was very nice, so we scheduled the estimate for the following morning. A different guy came and wasted our time with chatter about himself and his upcoming wedding. He showed us a very long slide presentation, even after we made it clear we didn't need the sell. I said I needed to go in order to get stuff done before the next part of my day came (I thought it would be 15 minute tops) and he was borderline rude about it. My husband and I both work, so we don't want to blow our Sunday morning on a stupid sales pitch. To top all of that off, the estimate was vague--just a total. The window prices were not broken down by window, so if we chose to do just 2, we don't know how much it would be. There is no way we can hire a company that deploys fools to sell their product.

We wanted to turn our shed into a backyard studio space for working on creative projects. David did the job quickly and created a beautiful space. He is a pleasure to work with and I felt very comfortable putting my trust in him! I'd definitely recommend him to others and will be hiring him in the future.

    Nunez Construction and Painting
It went well. The job took two weeks longer to get started than we originally agreed. Mr. Nunez said it was because it took time to order the steel door. However, once the work was started it was completed within three days. I am happy with the results. And I would be willing to use this company again for other jobs in the future. I had asked for an insurance certificate accepting liability for his workers as required by my insurance carrier. He supplied this on the day of the job as I had requested.

    Universal Window Co
Everything went well. A good experience. Salesman Craig was pleasant, not high pressure. Installers were professional. Cleaned up well An important caveat played a role in my choosing Universal. It is very important to check out the manufacturer of the windows. Universal used Ideal Windows for my project. The company has been has been in business for 90 years and has good reviews. The windows I replaced were installed about 9 years ago. The contractor was an Angies List certified provider. When the windows started to develop condensation between 5 and 7 years after installation, I called and asked that they be replaced as they were under warranty. I was told that the window company went out of business and the contractor would not stand behind the warranty. He said the companies go out of business all the time, and that the same people may even reopen them under another name. It would be too expensive for him if he had to stand behind all his window companies. I was surprised that he dealt with fly-by-night companies. Happily, this is not the case with Universal Windows.

    Major Homes Corp
It went better than I had expected. there was a project manager on the job at all times who was very competent and helpful. They first removed the old siding which took almost one day and then installed the new siding in one day. The installer did an excellent job and my neighbors say that the house looked better than before the fire. The cleanup was perfect and I was very satisfied with the entire operation from start to finish.

All About Glass & Windows, Inc
They were on-time in all cases, efficient and speedy in their job. The first time one of the windows provided was the wrong size despite them having measured it. Once I got a hold of the manager of the office, they did fix it at their cost, although initially, were trying not to. Sending pictures of the 2 inch gap and getting the manager were key. The result was that I was satisfied with the final job. I did hire them again to replace a window that the double paned sealant broker and I needed a new window. They were very efficient in the replacement and cleaned up after themselves well despite having to break the original glass to do the replacement.

    City Suburb, Inc.
Ravinder and his team did a great job. They were attentive and easy to communicate with during the whole project. We had an old roof with many layers and a leaking skylight that they replaced, new gutters, a fire escape scraped of years of paint and then repainted, some brick pointing, exterior painting and patch work repair. They did a good job on all the projects. They're very puntucal and always cleaned up after each day of work. Extensive work, done quickly, very reasonable price.
