I was shocked when I spoke with John, who was able to send Dave to my home the next day. Dave was prompt, friendly, and educational ... it was a relief to know that our problem wasn't because we weren't tidy enough. AMy parent's Brookyn apartment had a bed bug problem, but the infestation appeared to be localized in my mother's bedroom. I was concerned about the effect of chemcals on my elderly parents, so I decided to try the Bedbugsbegone heat treatment. The room was heavily cluttered, so Andrew warned me that he would heat the bedroom for $650, but he could not give a guarantee. He brought his high powered heaters and was able to heat the room to 120 F. The heat appeared to kill most of the bugs, but we were not convinced that we got them all. Andrew called a few days later and offered to heat the room again for just gas money. I insisted on paying $100. This time they were able to heat the room to 128 F. We didn't find any more dead bugs, so it is possible that the first heating did get them all. Overall, Bedbugsbegone offers a lower cost, chemical free option. They understand how to use apartment electrical systems to suppy their powerful heaters. I do recommend this company.

FIt is extremely frustrating to have a vendor call ME and offer their services and then not show. I was seeking someone to assist with getting rid of a mouse in my basement and I received several calls. This company called and asked when I was available. I was working that day but could get home later and was working from home the following day. He said he would meet me at my house at 5pm that day. I rushed home and he never showed up and never called. I understand things happen. However; my time is just as precious and if you didn't want my business then just say so. Very unprofessional.
