    They were not only meticulous about their work, but they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. A friend of mine who is a huge audio nut stopped by during the project to see how things were taking shape and he was very impressed by how neatly they arranged the cables and thoroughly labeled everything. I am extremely happy that I decided to invest the extra money into automated control of my stereo and television, as I truly enjoy my house in more ways than I thought possible. The sound quality is phenomenal and being able to adjust the volume, change the music or dim the lights remotely is incredibly convenient. And watching movies with truly great sound totally transforms the experience. So much better than that stupid sound bar I used to have!

    The service O'Neil of Campbell Service provided was second to none. He mounted and installed every single TV I had purchased for my new home and on top of that his ability to integrate wires and cords, I've never seen anything like it. There were places where I was certain he would not be able to hide cords and he made a way. And to top it off, I had pictures and painting in my home that I was still looking for places and ways to hang them, not only did O'Neil go out of his way to offer suggestions but I ended up hiring him on the spot to hang many of them. He stayed and helped me much longer than our initial appointment. Very professional and very friendly. Worth every single penny

    The Frontpoint rep was clearly reading from a script when I talked to him. Nevertheless, during the conversation I expressed the need for video surveillance because my home was previously burglarized.  There was a lot of fast talk about different systems and I was quoted a price of $99 for the system and $44.99/mo for service.  I was told that the system would not be shipped and my card wouldn't be charged until after the 3-day cancellation period was up.  So, I gave my bank info and was put on hold.  The rep then came back and said I didn't qualify for the $99 price; the new price for the system was $349.99.  I was really hesitant to pay that kind of money but was assured that I had 3 days to cancel. After the call with Frontpoint, I called my brother to get his input on the system and he told me to verify that video surveillance was included because that price seemed too cheap. Sure enough, there was no video included.  I had been uneasy about the entire transaction because I felt pressured, but once I realized that video wasn't included, I decided to cancel.  I filled out the cancellation form and tried to fax it but the number on the cancellation form wasn't working.  I had to pay an additional $23 to send the cancellation via USPS Express Mail -- and then I discovered that Frontpoint had deducted the $350 from my bank the very same day as the phone call!!  I tried to get the charges reversed, but have had no luck. On the 15th of April I received an email from a manager at Frontpoint who informed me that they received the cancellation and would refund the money back to my bank account within "1 to 2 business days".  It's now been FOUR business days and they still haven't refunded my money.  This company is shady and I urge everyone to beware!  The money they took from me put a huge crimp in my household budget for this month, and I'm sure they're not the ones eating hot dogs every day because there's no grocery money. If I don't get the money back into my bank account by tomorrow (April 22nd), I'm going to file a fraud charge.  They misrepresented the system, the cost, and I believe they purposely sabotaged the cancellation process in the hope that I wouldn't be resourceful enough to figure a way around the fax number debacle.
