    I haven't had to deal with them that much. My wife has and my daughter. I think they've been okay with us. I don't remember my wife complaining about it. I've never had any dropped calls when I've been out and about. It costs $180 per month for four phones. Their price is competitive.

    The clock was there for several months and I had to call him to get it back. After about 5 monthe, the clock broke again and I called to try to get him to fix it but he never returned my calls.

    It was a great experience!
    He works out of his garage and is prompt, courteous and very reasonable.
    I dropped the clock off and got a call about three days later that it was ready.
    A good clock repair person is hard to find around here so I wanted to make sure people know about him!

    FRED ASTAIRE DANCE STUDIO
    They are awesome at Fred Astaire.  The instructors are so talented and really know the ins and outs of ballroom.  Our instructor is Igori, and he is exactly what we were looking for in an instructor, he is very focused on making sure that we reach our goal. He is tough but encouraging, telling us that we will soon be professionals but doesn't let us slouch! :) The studio is very nice, roomy, and clean.  A very welcoming environment.  We shopped around at some other studios and this one was by far the best.  They even have email reminders of when your next lesson is.  We are very happy with our experience with this studio.

    Downtown Dance Studio
    My fiance and I went in for an initial trial, which went fairly well.  The teacher was fairly enthusiastic but the lesson started late.  After the trial lesson, my fiance and I tried to set up regular lessons with the studio... and it was a disaster.  We gave the studio an array of dates that worked for us for lessons through email.  After a few weeks with no reply, we emailed the studio back asking for an update.  They assured us (after about a week) that they were working on our schedule and would get back to us soon with a start date.  Another few weeks went by and nothing... We emailed again and at this point the studio emailed back asking for more availability dates.  To this we replied basically whenever on weeknights.  At this point the instructor said that she would call me that afternoon to discuss times... there was no phone call...More weeks went by with no reply so we emailed them back again asking for an update. After some back and forth, WE finally suggested a time to come in as the instructor was not providing us with a definitive lesson time.  To this they replied that we did not give them enough options after we had just provided a long list of suggestions and told them basically whenever they could fit us in on weeknights... At this point we gave up trying to get into this studio.  It was so horribly organized and unprofessional.  Such a waste of time!! Fortunately my fiance and I were very well organized and had started looking for dance lessons early and had enough time before our wedding to find another dance studio.  The owner was an okay instructor but the business part of the company was pretty terrible.

    Coolwaters Pool and Spa Inc
    I left my rails with the Coolwaters folks and was told when to expect them.  I called when I was told they would be ready and they weren't.  I was also told that since it was swimming pool season they were busy with swimming pools setup and repair, something that I kept in mind so when I had to make a number of calls over the week's time following the date they said they would be ready, I kept this in mind.  When I finally received my rails a number of the shims were protruding beyond the line of the rail where pool balls would roll down the rail and into a pocket.  Obviously, this was unexceptable since the balls would deflect out of the pocket even if on target so I asked them to redo them. 
    Again, I was given a timeframe of when to expect them and once again I had to go through the same waiting game beyond the due date and when I finally got them I still wasn't convinced that they were in good shape.  I then hired some professional table repairmen/installers who have been doing table repairs for many decades to come and finish my table install and asked them to peel back the felt on the rails to see how well the job was done.  They did this in front of me and the first thing they noticed was that the shims weren't installed correctly.  The second thing they noticed was that the rail rubber had already come away from the rail and that the glue used was hardly sufficient for the task.  It was obvious to me that with only a little use, the rail rubber would have come free of the rail itself.  To top this off, these rails were different rails than what I had gotten the first time around.  We noticed that there were only one set of staple holes on these rails so it made me wonder did these rails really come from Olhausen as they said they would or did they actually do the work themselves to save some money and in the process have to give me my old rails back or some other rails when they screwed it up the first time?
    I called them with this information on (03 August 2012) and was told that I would be called back today (07 August 2012) I assume due to a manager or owner not being there on the 3rd with whether or not they would do the right thing and refund me my money.  Well, I received no phone call so I write this review which you will likely find on here and as many other sites that review Coolwaters as is humanly possible.  They should not have offered to do work they were not qualified to do in my opinion and it has cost me some time and delayed by over two months the installation of my pool table.  H*** will freeze offer before I do business with these swindlers again.

    Rudy's Watch & Jewelry Repair
    They were really nice and professional, did all the work while we were waiting.
    Initially we went in just to replace the batteries and fix the pin on one of the watches. They offered to buff the crystal for $5. That watch is really old but it has a lot of sentimental value to my husband, so we want it fixed and look as good as possible. Previously my husband took that watch to 3 watch repair shops trying to get a new battery, not only they couldn't open the back, one of the shops also broke the pin while trying. Rudy's watch repair shop opened the back with no problem and after they buffed the crystal, the watch looks a lot better than before.
    While waiting in the shop, I noticed they have all kinds of watchbands in stock. My husband's swiss army watch needs a 24mm leather band. It was hard to find in the past at other watch repair places. Rudy's watch repair shop not only have it, they also priced it very reasonable, so we replaced the watch band there too.
    I am really glad I find this place through Angie's list. They even gave me a dollar off each battery after I asked if there is Angie's list member discount.

    We went with them as they had a promotion and others were charging too much. I haven't had to call them since they installed it. They were pretty much on time. I would use them in the future as long as the prices don't go up.

    PALMISANO TELEVISION REPAIR
    Palmisano's TV Repair was great! Mr. Palmisano patiently explained over the telephone how to remove and label all the cables attached to the back of my TV so that I could bring it into the shop and save myself the $60. service call. There was a $30. droff-off fee that would apply to my total bill if he repaired it. He explained that he would not fix it and advise me to buy a replacement if the repair was not cost-effective. I brought the set, an LCD HD flat screen, in on Friday, and it was repaired by Saturday. They tested it again on Sunday and I picked it up Monday morning. The total cost of the repair was less than I had anticipated, and Mr. Palmisano explained the repair to me and told me there was a three month guarantee on the work. I was able to reconnect all the calbe when I got the unit home, and it is as good as new! I definitely recommend Palmisano's TV Repair as a professional and honest place to do business.

    I have a bundled plan with Verizon for home phone, internet and television services. I am happy with the internet and phone service provided. We are not happy with the television service due to channels we used to receive no longer being available to us. They have been responsive and punctual to our requests. I am uncertain at this time what services if any I may continue to use with Verizon.
