    I have had many experiences with this facility, and several complaints. Long wait times (in the waiting room and in the patient room).  Insurance billing issues.  Poor treatment and care from the "doctors". 
    The last visit I made to this facility was exactly that... my last.  The appointment was made at the last minute instead of going to Urgent Care.  The wait was approximately 35 mins to see the doctor after my scheduled appointment time, and another 15 mins after I was in the patient care room.  There was one other person in the waiting room when I arrived until I went into the patient care room, and no patients came out during my wait.
    The CSR that checked me in and out, was impolite.  The nurse was rough and had no bedside manor.  The doctor left me questioning why I even bothered to go to the doctor.  I can summarize this with just one point from the appointment...
    I have been a "patient" at this facility for 8+ years.  The doctor apparently has to ask a "standard" series of questions.  We arrived at the question:  Have you ever had chickenpox?  Pretty standard question, so I respond "yes".  The doctor proceeded to question me on this fact.  "Are you sure? Maybe it was just a rash? Most people in this country your age have never had chicken pox.  Are you sure?  I am just going to put "no" for now..."  By the time the "doctor" is done questioning me, she actually has me believing I have never had chicken pox.
    We decided to contact our parents and sure enough, as I told the doctor "yes".  I have, all my siblings, my husband, and all his siblings have had chicken pox.  I asked my new doctor what she thought about chicken pox, and was told it is VERY common for people my age to have had chicken pox. 
    It doesn't seem like a big issue, but an appointment about my foot turned into a debate about chicken pox.  A "rare" disease according to this "doctor".

    They were very attentive and overworked.  They try to cram too many patients is. Once they come to get and see me, they do take claim with me. That was great. If they know somebody else, they know what they were doing.

    Overall, I find my experience to be good and they are willing to answer any questions whether it is medical, billing or the price. I always find them to be very helpful and the prices are a little lower than most places. I had a problem but it wasn’t their fault; one of my medications went up a tier level, which means my co-pay is much higher. Wegmans was very willing to contact the insurance company and the doctor to try to help me out with that. As they charge a lower rate to begin with for the medication; my insurance company is accepting lower co-pay from them. Usually the co-pay would have been $40 for the medication and Wegmans is able to charge me $21 or $23. So it is almost cut in half because they charge a lower rate for the medications. They have always been good and helpful. The only problem I find which really isn’t their problem, it’s actually good for them; is that when I go I usually have to stand in line for quite a while as there’s a long line of people ahead of me. But it’s not their issue because usually they have 2-3 people working; but it’s just that everybody goes there. I will use them again in the future.

    They are always pretty quick to assist you and answer any questions. They usually do not try to shuffle you out the door if you have any lingering questions or concerns. I've gone there for emergency stitches and other quick fixes.

    I cannot rate the performance of the doctors the same as I can for the Urgent Care center. I have always been pleased with the urgent care center itself (facility, administration, location, availability, billing, etc) however not so much with the last doctor that treated me. Also, they can be VERY SLOW to fax out any medical records, as it took numerous requests to have my records sent to a urologist.
