    DiMartino Construction & Remodeling
DiMartino Construction resided our home, added stone front accent and installed two sliding doors. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend DiMartino Construction. The installation crew was professional, courteous and skilled, and they paid particular attention to detail. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Overall an excellent experience.

    Modern Home Contractors Inc
I am taking this thief to court! My contract states #1 quality wood for my deck, found a sticker that says B-, this is not construction quality wood He sent me a text saying all work completed which should have included replacing flashing- in the contract. I looked on the roof and saw caulk squirted all over old flashing Completely screwed up siding beyond words, doors are crooked

    F.A.S.T. Contracting
F.A.S.T. Property Services did a complete master bath remodeling project for us. At our first interview, Matthew Smith fully explained everything to us using terms we could easily understand. We asked Matthew many questions which he patiently and pleasantly answered. He even gave us helpful suggestions as to how the project could be improved-things we never even considered. This gave us confidence that Matthew was an experienced contractor who had done many projects like ours enough times to foresee and prevent the usual problems that customers can run into. As promised, he got back to us promptly with a quote. He was willing to work with us as to a starting date that was mutually agreeable. He told us up front what his payment terms were which we found to be reasonable. Matthew and employee Stephen started the project on time. Ever respectful for our home, they set up tarps every A.M. and kept dust to a minimum. They cleaned up every day, removing the tarps before they left. During the project, they were open to any questions we had, and they patiently answered all our questions to our satisfaction. As Matthew Smith said to us countless times, We want you to be happy with the results. One of our concerns was the removal of our Jacuzzi tub. Some contractors that we interviewed told us that our Jacuzzi had to be cut up and removed in pieces, creating extra dust, increased costs, and possibly increasing the risk of damages to our home. Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smiths tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12! We were very pleased with the results and we would not hesitate to hire Matthew and Stephen for future projects. They both were honest and courteous, pleasant, careful, respectful and did an incredible job. What more could you ask for in a contractor?

Country Gentlemen Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, Inc
Bill and his ream were great. During the initial design phase, Bill offered suggestions and explanations to cost differences, Our bathroom project was a full gut job and required handicapped adaptations. He was willing to accompany us to the showrooms to make our choices. He works with some of the best companies in the area. Once work began, he and his crew were on time, neat and respected our needs. I was given a guided tour at least once a day as to the progress of the project. Ideas for minor changes were given. They were done before the time estimate, even though they added some extras as the project progressed. The bathroom looks fantastic. We would recommend them to others and use them again. But with the quality of the workmanship, the bathroom will last decades

    Affordable Solutions by Brian
He followed up with a detailed, clearly written estimate of the work needed and quoted a very reasonable price. On the day scheduled for the work to begin, he and his crew came promptly and, in two days, tore out our old deck, removed the rotten patio door, hauled away the old lumber, completed the new back steps and installed the new sliding door by the end of the second day. They did a thorough clean-up of the work site, including hauling away a crumbling shed. The result is an attractive, sturdy stair with sliding door, built exactly as we wanted it. |Definitely, if you wish something done well within a reasonable budget, call Brian at AFFORDABLE SOLUTIONS BY BRIAN for any future home remodeling projects. We sure will

Bonnet was great. Figures, the first big snow storm of 2016 and the garage door breaks at 8pm.  I called Bonnet up the morning after, immediately got someone who transferred me to service who also picked up right away.  We set an appointment for later that same day when everyone else wasn't working during the snowstorm or quoted 2 to 7 days to get out to see us in Liverpool.  The tech arrived within the service window stated (regardless of the bad roads) and fixed everything in under an hour for an incredible price.  Moreover, he gave my wife advice that I shouldn't have been trying to fix it myself (and he's right, I shouldn't have been) and gave some additional tips on weather stripping, etc.  Literally could not have asked for better service and same day to boot.  We will use Bonnet going forward, thanks for the help!

    CNY Handyman Inc
O'Tooles Handyman has been wonderful to work with.  We were in a bind because of a contractor backing out on us at the last minute and we needed work done prior to an already scheduled kitchen installation.  O'Tooles stepped in and saved the day.  Not only did the save the day but they went above and beyond.  Unfortunately or fortunately however you want to look at it our hot water heater decided to go on the first morning the O'Tooles was here.  They graciously took on the task of replacing a hot water heater as well as fixing water damage around the window that they were installing.  They are very knowledgeable and willing to share the knowledge in order to save you money.  We have several more projects planned and fully intend on utilizing them as much as possible.

    Van Dusen Exteriors
A great experience. Requested a few estimates in the fall and Van Dusen were the only ones who actually sat down with us (Dan) and explained everything. One company never even returned my email, rather just mailed me a satellite picture of my roof with a much higher estimate for the same product I received from Van Dusen. Later we inquired about a new sliding door and Eric came right over and talked about our options and set it up for install the same day as the roof. The foreman, Zach and the crew were great. Thank you Eric, Shannon and the Van Dusen crew!

His and Hers Fix Its, A Division of Reno-Build Services
TO START WITH- BUYER BEWARE!!! The work that was done at our home by these people has us sick to our stomachs....Our New door that we were so exited to have installed turned out to be a nightmare, they bent our $1500. Door, stripped our $139. Door lockset trying to force it in. The owner told his helper Tim to reuse old nails before using new ones. They left gaping wholes on both sides of the door sill. Which they cut into 3 peices to install, my list goes on forever. We've bent over backwards to try to resolve this with them but all we've gotten from them is excuses. We are now having the door fixed and reinstalled by another contractor. And have filed a small claim against them. I HAVE MANY PHOTOS TO SHARE TO SHOW YOU THERE WORK PLEASE FEEL TO ASK FOR THEM. They began the job on 9/23/2014 starting with the front entrance door. Majic and his helper Tim began by removing the front door, they then began the process of installing the New door and Sidelites. They could not get the door and Sidelites to fit in the whole that they made to accommodate the new door and Sidelites. At that point while Tim Held the door Majic began banging on the door to try and force the door into the opening thus wedgeing the door half in and half out of the opening. Majic then took a circular saw and cut the top of the New door frame and outer door frame to try to make the door fit. It still didn't so Majic again started banging on the door, at this point I spoke up and said that I didn't like the fact that he was hitting the foot with a hammer. He said it's ok and kept hammering, finally the door was forced in. Majic then sucured the door with screws, did some caulking, and the started installing the new lockstep which he tried to force in not straight and stripped the bolt, so a second hole hade to be cut and a bolt other than the one that came with the lockset had to be installed. This lockset cost over $139...our new door cost $1500.. Majic then stated he was done with the front door. However we had many issues with his work, what he caulked was done horribly, the door didn't close correctly, the door and Sidelites we're not straight. There was a lot of damage to the new door frame as well as the interior of or home. Everything looks terrible like it was done by a blind man.
