I was going to be late so called the general number.  After listening to the auto-attendant, I hit "0" for an operator.  The phone rang and rang and eventually I hung up after about 20 rings.  I kept going to the appointment and arrived at about 8:15a.  I was told the PT may not be able to fit me in since I was late even after I told her I tried to call and got no answer.  I was seen despite the warning but this left me with a negative impression and it wasn't the first time I had tried to call.  I tried twice before for appointments and left voicemails but never got a call back.  I am currently waiting for a call about a referral and likely will not get one.  I have say that the spa there seems to operate fine.

It's unfortunate because I am looking for a new primary care but would not choose this business due to it's poor operations overall.

I made an appt. (after much hassle.  I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back.  Then I used their patient portal only to receive a reply to call them!  I replied that they needed to call me since they don't seem to return phone calls).  I was advised by the scheduler that she'd call the imaging center to find out about a previous MRI and would call me to advise whether I needed a new one due to its age.  I never got a call back but the imaging center told me they had the films ready so I assumed they had spoken to her and all was well.  So I went to the imaging center to pick up the MRI.  Some time later I got a voicemail that my appt. time was changed to 8:30a on the same day.  I thought this was good news that I would be in and out more quickly but turned out they changed it to a PA instead of the Neuro without my knowledge or consent.
When I realized I was seeing a PA instead of the Neuro at the time of the appointment, I raised an objection.  She ended the consult and said she would find the manager.  I had a lengthy discussion with the manager who explained how these types of appointments generally work, none of which was conveyed prior to the appointment.  I also advised her of the unprofessional scheduler who didn't explain anything and made the appointment with the Neuro even though this apparently was not standard practice.  Nevertheless, since I was already there, I stayed and had the consult.
I'm still not sure I'll continue with this practice but felt it was important to share my story so others know what to watch out for.  Bottom line, scheduling and patient management is a nightmare.  Even after I left the exam room and went to see a scheduler, she couldn't figure out when I was supposed to come back and then wanted to have someone call me (like that would happen).  I finally talked her into giving me an appointment anyway while they figure out the other logistics which included getting a new MRI and some physical therapy.  Really she should have figured all this out or grabbed the PA if it wasn't clear.
If you go to this center, be careful and be clear and be in control of what you want.  That may be the only way you get results.  I also want to add that I've used their spa services and functional medicine without incident so it's not the whole business, just apparently parts that need fixing.

It is going really well. She has perscribed all the relevant tests to collect as much information as possible and then has given me samples of a medicine to try that seems to be working so far. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The staff of UB Neurosurgery was very good. They were very professional and they have a very good surgeon. He's very no non-sense, very upfront. He explained everything to be done. He did what he said he's going to do. He has a good staff. They were very responsible, good and very well organized nurse practitioners.

Second time I've been to this doctor and am completely satisfied with service received. Would highly recommend Dr Jude to any and everyone. Wait time was excellent as was his staff and he took little time to fix my problem with little pain involved.

While the wait was over an hour, Dr Bull was compassionate and caring throughout the exam. He really listened to me and I felt he understood my concerns. He definitely goes above and beyond to help his patients.

Staff is horrible. Not only was it painful but I ended up with a bruised and swollen arm. I have gone to this location for the past 3 yrs. because of the convenience to my home and the short wait time. I am beginning to think the wait time is so short because other patients would forgo the convience of location for a more professional and friendly staff...and I will be joining them! Goodbye Quest.

I never have to spend too much time in the waiting room and my one-on-one time with the doctor is never rushed.
