  • He’s very good.  He has state of the art equipment and so I can see everything immediately.  They are excellent.  They’re very friendly and they have lots of patients.  They explain everything.  So their patience and expertise are wonderful.  Their knowledge and bedside manner are excellent.  They’re readily available and it doesn’t matter how many times I call them and what time of the day.  Someone answers and they do good follow ups.  They try to fit me in and they’re accommodating.  I would rate them the best.

  • I wanted convenience and he is probably the closest dentist, so I went to try him.  Once I met him and his staff, I was very impressed, so I was glad I went there.  They always got me in right away and it’s a very clean and organized office.   Dr Marshall is pretty cheerful and you can tell he likes his work. He explains everything, the procedure, what he's going to do, and what needs to be done.

  • Went well. It seems there is a shortage of dermatologists in the Buffalo Niagara region so the appointment was several months out. Once I got to the office there was a short wait, but otherwise all went well. The staff was courteous and professional, the doctor was quick and efficient, and explained everything well.
I recently tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ramchand but was unable to do so. It turns out he passed away in 2012. See below link to his obituary in the Buffalo News

  • Doctors staff was professional and courteous. Wait was short. Service was fast and efficient. The oral hygenist was very polite and accomodating. Dentist communicated well. All in all you can't ask for more in a dentist's office.

  • I was going to be late so called the general number.  After listening to the auto-attendant, I hit "0" for an operator.  The phone rang and rang and eventually I hung up after about 20 rings.  I kept going to the appointment and arrived at about 8:15a.  I was told the PT may not be able to fit me in since I was late even after I told her I tried to call and got no answer.  I was seen despite the warning but this left me with a negative impression and it wasn't the first time I had tried to call.  I tried twice before for appointments and left voicemails but never got a call back.  I am currently waiting for a call about a referral and likely will not get one.  I have say that the spa there seems to operate fine.

It's unfortunate because I am looking for a new primary care but would not choose this business due to it's poor operations overall.

  • Independent health has not authorized an MRI yet even though it's been two weeks since the office visit. I've had PT in the past and present so that should not be an issue. They seem to drag their feet on expensive procedures. Also calling them can be hit or miss as to quality of customer service.

Overall they have decent health plans but don't seem to have the staff to administer them properly.

  • His office is very clean and modern despite being in an old building. If he believe its something that he can't do, there is a dentist across the street that can do more surgical procedures. Dr. Falsetti's staff is super friendly and remembers everyone who comes in.

  • I made an appt. (after much hassle.  I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back.  Then I used their patient portal only to receive a reply to call them!  I replied that they needed to call me since they don't seem to return phone calls).  I was advised by the scheduler that she'd call the imaging center to find out about a previous MRI and would call me to advise whether I needed a new one due to its age.  I never got a call back but the imaging center told me they had the films ready so I assumed they had spoken to her and all was well.  So I went to the imaging center to pick up the MRI.  Some time later I got a voicemail that my appt. time was changed to 8:30a on the same day.  I thought this was good news that I would be in and out more quickly but turned out they changed it to a PA instead of the Neuro without my knowledge or consent.
When I realized I was seeing a PA instead of the Neuro at the time of the appointment, I raised an objection.  She ended the consult and said she would find the manager.  I had a lengthy discussion with the manager who explained how these types of appointments generally work, none of which was conveyed prior to the appointment.  I also advised her of the unprofessional scheduler who didn't explain anything and made the appointment with the Neuro even though this apparently was not standard practice.  Nevertheless, since I was already there, I stayed and had the consult.
I'm still not sure I'll continue with this practice but felt it was important to share my story so others know what to watch out for.  Bottom line, scheduling and patient management is a nightmare.  Even after I left the exam room and went to see a scheduler, she couldn't figure out when I was supposed to come back and then wanted to have someone call me (like that would happen).  I finally talked her into giving me an appointment anyway while they figure out the other logistics which included getting a new MRI and some physical therapy.  Really she should have figured all this out or grabbed the PA if it wasn't clear.
If you go to this center, be careful and be clear and be in control of what you want.  That may be the only way you get results.  I also want to add that I've used their spa services and functional medicine without incident so it's not the whole business, just apparently parts that need fixing.

  • It was unsuccessful, and tooth will be extracted, but Dr. Jordan is efficient, kind, concerned, and very well-informed about peripheral situations which could affect dental health. I felt he really tried to save the tooth. He called me at home later that day to be sure I was OK, and was very patient with my questions.

NOTE Dr. Jordan's NEW ADDRESS: 605 Division St. #9, North Tonawanda NY 14120 716-695-3636

  • It went very well. Despite how busy her office is, Dr. Conroy always takes time to find out how your symptoms are doing and is authentically concerned about anything you may be worried about. Over the course of my time seeing her, we tried many different things to take care of my symptoms and finally found a medicine that would work for me. She is well-qualified and I would certainly recommend her.
