  Ortner's Overhead Door

  They gave me a window of time they were supposed to be there. When it was almost 1 hour after their window, I had to call them to see if they were still coming. When the person finally arrived, he was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about my needs for a new garage door motor. He said he would get back to me with a price in a few days. Almost 3 weeks later, I didn���t hear anything and I called the office to follow up. I was told the tech was out on a job and he would call me that day when he got back to the office and things would get straightened out. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven���t heard back from him. I guess they have enough business and don���t need mine.

  Billy was a no-show over and over. Began calling him in August - he didn't return the call. Billy finally responded after the third message. Billy provided an estimate and committed to complete the work in early September. At his request, I bought some materials (tile) for him to use. No show in September, and no call. After tracking him down, he committed to do the work the following week. Again, no show, no call. This was repeated several times. On November 2, Billy told me "come rain or shine, I'll be there on Monday." No show, no call.

  Waited over a month! Finally called them no record of me calling which is b.s. I have their # on my phone that I called and talked to over a month ago got a estimate and everything. Very poor scheduling, no good. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

  Being new to the Western New York area, I had no idea who to call to put in my new concrete driveway. After searching high and low, a coworker of mine told me about Ventry Concrete. I called Ventry Concrete the next day and the owner came over to see what I wanted and gave me an estimate. I immediately felt comfortable with the owner's ideas and also admired that it is a family owned and operated business. After being added to the job list, Ventry started the job and it was well worth the short wait! The driveway came out perfect and you could tell they were perfectionists! The team worked diligently the whole time, from start to finish. I look forward to having Ventry Concrete come back to do a patio for me next summer!   Precision Door Service

  Technician called day prior and an hour before arrival. Arrived on schedule and performed maintenance work efficiently. Gave thorough explanation of work performed and suggestions for self-maintenance of door and closer. Garage door has been working well since service performed in spite of being 10 - 15 years old.   Dave Webb Concrete

  He's excellent. He does great job. He's on time and he does excellent work. I couldn't say anything better about them. What I like about him is he follows up. He stops by and checks to make sure everything's going okay and the concrete is good. He makes the phone calls and asks how everything's going or if I need him to come by or is there anything else he can do for me. He follows up on his work. Anytime I needed concrete work done, I'm going to call him from now on. I'm very happy with him. He's very pleasant to talk to. He said, "If you're not happy with the work that's here, I will tear it out at my cost and redo it."

  BEDFORD BLACKTOP

  They did a great job. We were doing concrete in the back of our house and blacktop up front, and they were very easy to work with to get all these moving parts working smoothly. While their machines were here, they even knocked down this nasty concrete side porch of mine and hauled it away. They offered some very good suggestions and their expertise definitely paid off. The driveway looks great, the guys were very friendly and professional, and I'd highly recommend them.

  Lavocat's Family Greenhouse

  We were extremely impressed with both the professionalism and quality of Levocat's work.  Donnie Levocat was very responsive to our initial inquiries via Angie's List, came out promptly to assess the job and had the estimate to us the next day.  His crew of workmen were always on time and on task, very polite and hard working.  On day one, they removed all of the old stacked stone walls and brought in the materials for the job.  On day two, they dug the footers, installed the sonitubes and rebar to anchor the new walls.  On days three they built the new cement block retaining walls.  On day four and five they rebuilt the decorative stone walls, leveled and replaced the patio pavers, and on day 6 they completed the decorative stone work, replaced soils and cleaned up the job site.  We were very pleased with the job Levocat's did, and pretty amazed at how fast they had the job done and how clean they left the site.  We would highly recommend Levocat's to anyone needing hardscaping work done.

  I highly recommend Dave Webb Concrete. He and his crew were professional, punctual and responsive! Dave was great to deal with from my initial phone request for a quote to getting the job done. He was able to provide specific details about the inspection and pour of the concrete.
  
  
  
  The finished job is great! Not only did they have to remove old concrete, they removed ALL debris and cleaned up the yard beautifully!  As they were finishing, it began to rain. They immediately took steps to ensure my driveway would be perfect.  He and his team stayed late to cover up the newly poured concrete. Later in the evening, Dave personally came back to make sure everything was perfect. I do not have any spots on the concrete that had to be covered due to the rain. Dave even offered to come back and fix any spots in case anything happened.

  ACOME CONSTRUCTION INC

  The owner came to do an estimate.  I thought it was an approximation and expected the cost may be slightly higher.  The crew came as promised a week or so later.  The local inspector came, asked who was doing the work, and when he found out, he told us these guys know exactly what they are doing and gave the job his OK.
  And indeed they did.  They finished the work, cleaned the mud up off the street in front of the house and charged us exactly the amount estimated.
  We were impressed - the actual work was all completed in a single day.
