First of all I think I went to every shop on Long Island looking for the right place. When you walk into DD and meet the staff you know you found the right place. Matt treats you like a friend not a customer. The shop is immaculate and very professional, go over talk to make watch how he deals with his customers you won't be disappointed.

Going merely off of previous Angie's List reviews, I called Mike the day before to let him know I would need a pre-purchase inspection during a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle. When I arrived, he immediately stopped what he was doing and began a thorough pre-purchase inspection. He did not overlook a single detail. I was able to purchase the vehicle with great confidence about what I was getting, and Mike only charged me a nominal cost.

Terribly. I called my Road Service and they assigned All Custom to provide service. I was given an ETA of 12:26, 90 minutes from when I called. At 12:40 I called and was given the excuse that due to icy roads and other conditions they were running late. I was also told the driver would call with a new ETA. After waiting almost another hour, I called my Road Service and they called All Custom and got the same response again promising a call from the driver. At 2:00 I called the Road Service again and demanded a new provider. I was given one with a new ETA of 3:09. At 3:21, they arrived and we were up and running less than 5 minutes later. As we were leaving, the driver from All Custom called, over 3 hours after they were due. I cannot recommend this company and will ask the Road Service company to remove them from their list of providers.

I bought the maintenance package. Their service department is very, very good. I never have to wait too long. They do everything that needs to be done.

I think they are honest. They don't say you need something when you don't.

I had to wait for it. They fired a salesman who took my cash down payment into his pocket and never put it in because he knew the car wouldn't be delivered for three months. So he figured he could play with my money for a little while. Supposedly, they fired him. They said they fired him. I don't know if I could trust if they really did, but he wasn't there any more when I went in. It's scary. It was most outrageous. Nobody would ever do it.

Everything went well up until the fact that I recently brought my car into service. I was told the car came with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty when I was sold the car. He even stated he checked it. Turns out it only comes with a 50000 5 year warranty which was up at the time. I was told this a couple of days ago. What I was told was not factual. I never even asked for this information it was volunteered to me.

The body work looks fine and they were expedient in doing the repair. However after picking up my vehicle, a couple of days later when driving into the morning sun on my way to work I noticed a spotted film on the windshield, which was not their prior to bringing in for body work. It is not something that can be cleaned off. They are claiming they did not do it, and that it's a result of chips in the windshield. It is very uniform and would amount to hundreds of thousands of chips which is not likely. I will admit there are a few chips in the windshield which are noticeable whether driving into the sun or not. Many years ago I had the same thing happen with Toyota on a brand new car and they took responsibility so I know what I am seeing. My only recourse is to have my windshield replaced through a glass claim. I will not be returning to this body shop again even though it was who my insurance recommended.

I called Levittown ford's service department to see if I can setup an appointment for a tune up and to have them diagnose a front end problem with my truck. A young lady answered the phone in the service department. I asked her about making an appointment for the tune up and she says to me, like check fluids and stuff? I said no possibly spark plugs and if she can tell me what service plans they have. Didn't help me there. Then I asked her about possible front end work and she said we're so backed up first appointment wouldn't be till October??? I just couldn't believe that . In the meantime, they advertise VIP service? What VIP service. Since I was so frustrated at the lack of professionalism I decided to call back and ask to speak to the service manager. I was told to speak to Manny. They transferred me to his voicemail as I thought they would and left a message for Manny expressing my frustration with their lack of professionalism and knowledge at the point of contact, which is where the service really starts.

I have not received a call back from Manny as of yet and I really don't expect to. They just have a staff of girls answering the phones and not being able to properly handle new customers properly.

    I would stay far away...

Called company and got quote of 450.00 from them to ship vehicle. I can mention names of everyone I spoke to but will not to save them any embarrassment. I paid via credit card 150.00 up front and signed contract papers to ship vehicle. While waiting for the vehicle to be picked up I pulled up tracking website. I noticed on the website the price for shipping went up to 600.00. I called the company and asked the same contact person about the price change and he told me to disregard that information. He said what ever he quoted me was what I had to pay. I said ok and started the waiting game of when the car would be picked up and would arrive. The driver finally contacted me and said he was going to pick up the car the next morning. Three days later he finally picked up vehicle. The vehicle arrived two days later. The day of delivery I spoke to the driver in the morning. He said he would be by me around twelve noon that he had to go to the Bronx first to pick up a motorcycle. I arranged my day to be home. This cost me money. Around two pm he still didn't arrive so I called again and he said he had to go out to an auction so he was actually going further out on the island to go there and not dropping my car off. This I guess was more important because they already had my money. He said he would then be at my home by four pm. This of course never happened and he didn't arrive at my home until nine thirty at night. When he arrived the car was taken off the carrier and put in my driveway. The car had two flats on the drivers side. These tires were brand new. I kind of disregarded this and thought maybe they were just low on air. I was happy just to have received the car. At this point the driver tells me I owe him 500.00 dollars . I said I was only supposed to pay him 300.00 and that I had spoken to the dispatcher about the price and told him what he had told me. He said that he was going to take the car back. I showed him my quote and we both tried calling the dispatcher. There was no answer. We finally got to where I would pay him 450.00 and I would get my 150.00 deposit back from company. I paid him and he left. The next day I called the dispatcher and he told me that because of where the vehicle was that the price had gone up. I asked him why he never contacted me about this and he said he was sorry that that was his mistake. So I still ended up paying more than I should have. I put air in the tires and the next day they were flat again so the driver probably ran something over when he loaded the car. Remember the tires are brand new and the both damaged tires are on the same side of the vehicle. The end result is a bad experience with this company and will never use them again.

    Poor customer service.
As a 1st time customer we ordered the South beach Wash and
Interior Armour All. The car exterior was fine but no Armor All on the seats.
We complained to the cashier and she said that it did not include the seats. We
explained that we asked specifically if it included 'everything inside' and
were told yes by the person handing us the ticket.
The cashier was not interested and indifferent to the whole
    thing....bad after care at best...
Dealing with problems shows the real colors of
companies...My money will be better spent at another car wash.
