    Their service has fallen off tremendously, I bought 2 cars from them, and I won?t use them again anymore. The first time I purchased my vie hale was in December 2006. At that time service rendered to me was superb. Sales person (nick) went over my finance situation, explained best option for payment plans. We looked at what would be most feasible option to invest, without over extending myself. He was excellent. He helped me find a vehicle that I was interested in for a good price. I was out of town, so when I flew into town, he picked me up from the airport so I could purchase my car on the spot. The service mgr. at the time (jerry) was true to his word. If you brought your car in at 10am, and he said if they said it would be ready at 1pm it would be ready at one. I remember complaining that my car was not ready and I was late picking up my children school bus, Jerry waived the entire charge of the repair. I would drive my car to CarMax to and leave it, they had shuttle service (I even lived outside of their 5mile radius) take me home, and then would bring back when the service was done. I now moved to NY, but there is no CarMax here. They told me to travel to the nearest CarMax in Connuticut, which is a different state.  However I purchase every type of warrantee from them. My vehicle is 2008 and they told me that my warrantee was expired. I later found out that it was not true; I had to go to another Volvo dealer to put breaks put on my car.  They told me that the brakes that were original on the car, did not fit my car. When I spoke with corporate, they refereed to charlotte; the Charlotte office has young service managers that are not allowed to think to themselves.   Recently, My last automobile, was a different sales person. She was female and didnt take the time to make the experience personable. She raddled things off very quickly, didn?t  take time to really break it down like nick did for me. The reason why I went back, because of what I expired in 2006 from carmax. These young people now have quick turn over. Lot of people that were there are gone. Jerry got a promotion, and some were terminated The service is not there anymore, nor is the sales person. It got to the point where I didn?t even want to talk to the sale rep, I only wanted to deal the manger. They accolade me to the best of their ability, but the damage had already been done. After purchasing the car, all for parts of my brakes, front and rear, went out within 3 months. I could not Connecticut with faulty brakes; CarMax puts aftermarket brakes, and put on cheap breaks. They  didn?t work, and coasted me over the $1300 to get new breaks put on my car. After  back and forth at corporate, long story short- after showing all doc, they finally came to the meeting of the mind, they paid me half of what I paid half of what paid, The service fallen off, still has fallen off, told me that the discontinued the shuttle service. General Mgr. Never returns phone calls, always away on vacation, never available, and pretty much does not exist. I am sure  that he is available to collect this paycheck.

    I used them for Auto repairs like repairing the engine and all that. I went to them last week. I paid $350 for changing oil, replacing the windshield and to check engine light. My overall experience with them was good. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

    There was a problem with the fuel line in the car. The job went great. They are always good. I always go there for any service of my car. They will tell you what is the problem and they will give you the choice whether to go with it or not. When your car is at the service station, they provide transportation for you to get home. I would use them again in the future too.
