    Hudson Valley Organic Pest Control
Exceptionally well! Larry was prompt, courteous and (in my opinion) went above/beyond. He pulled out my refrig/stove; swept behind them, looked in places I would not have imagined mice would hide and dropped bait wherever there were droppings or a possibility of mice getting in.

Impressive, Barry answered the phone with his name. He gave me a free phone consultation and advised me to contact a business with a license to treat lawns. I would definitely call Home Town again with any other pest issue. Another A rated pest control co. on Angie's List did not even bother to return our call.

    Thomas Pest Services
I am very pleased with the services, professionalism, and commitment performed by Thomas Pest Services.  On an early Monday morning around 7:15 a.m. Brian showed up to perform a wasp (yellow jackets) removal service.  Entire service I would say was about 45 minutes which entailed assessing the situation, relaying that information to me, performing whatever is necessary to rid the wasps from the siding of my home, and payment.   Brian was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what to expect with any future bee activity. From Monday until Thursday the same week I saw considerable less activity in the area, however, I did see a few bees coming in and out of treated area.  Brian did say that it could take up to a week or more for the wasps to be gone from the nest.   Just to validate I called the office Thursday morning explaining the situation and the phone representative (very nice by the way) insisted that someone stop by to take another look at the area. That same day Bill, the operations manager stopped by and spent probably about a solid 30 minutes (in addition to what Brian already spent) treating the infected area in order to rid the remaining bees.  And when done he told me that if there are any other issues to let them know and we?ll stop by again.    This is family run business with what seems to be a tight group of employees who work together and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.  This is what impresses me the most about Thomas Pest Control. The prices are competitive and thus far the service was awesome.  Thanks everyone.  Only wish I knew about your company when I had a flying squirrel in the attic!

It was awesome. He was great. He showed up when he said he was and he completed everything. He did a great job. He was very professional, very personable, easy to deal with and didn't try and over sell me. He sold us what we needed. I dealt with another company and I honestly didn't hire them and they tried to over sell me in everything. He came in and he explained to me what he found out we needed and he was initially to come back and I didn't need him to come back. He took care of the problem and he was great.

    Harmony Home Inspection of Massachusetts
Paul performed a pretty thorough inspection while we were still doing the exterior and some of the basement, about 2 hours and the inspection was terminated pre-maturely since there were a couple of major issues found. If I had Paul continue I am sure, he would have done a fantastic job inside. I was very happy with what we found on the outside and in the basement. There was some major termite damage found in the window sills and the bottom of the attached garage doorway. In the basement, there was some major damage found above one of the door way. Since that part of the basement was finished, it was hard to assess the termite damage or inspect the foundation sills. There was also evidence of a buried oil tank in front of the house since there were lines, filter and oil level meter coming into the basement. The present owner said there was a buried oil tank at one time, but she wasnt sure if it was still there. The buyer's agent or the seller's agent did not have any info on it. It was later (the next day) found out that the oil tank was in fact removed pending records from the town, the source was the home owner, no records forwarded. If the home owner or the listing and buyer agent had in fact payed close attention to the questionnaire that Paul had asked to fill out, we could have had the answer to this "buried oil tank" issue before hand and Paul could have been allowed to complete the home inspection as this was the major issue that put me over board and caused me to terminate the inspection. The termite issue had a mitigation plan in place as we saw evidence of it in the garage, entry way, and in the basement. The finished basement also limited investigation further. Overall, I would rate Paul as a pretty thorough inspector, although a little pricey, but its $ well spent since he does pay close attention to details and not sugar coat issues. Thanks Paul.

    Northeast Pest Control
Very professional both the person giving the quote and and exterminator. I hate ants in the house and since Northeast pest control was out to do their thing there has not been a single one in our house. I opted for the 1 year contract so that they can come back before it snows and when spring comes to reapply. Also, if there are any ants or spiders in the house during that time they will come as needed. Pest removal and treatment is expensive no matter what company you use. I just wanted to use a local company. Also, we have 3 cats and a 1 year old daughter and there is no problem with the chemicals they used.
