    Wheeler Heating & Cooling
These guys are terrific. Great service, reasonable prices, and technicians who really know what they're doing. They're a small family business that treats their customers right. I called them at 8:00am this morning and they had a tech here by 9:30am. I was afraid that my 15 year old A/C system had finally reached the end of it's life and I told the tech as much, but he ran some tests and determined that it was just a bad capacitor (the cheapest thing to replace!). Not only was he honest about what need to be fixed, he actually had the right part on his truck and fixed it right then and there. After he had it up and running, he noticed that it wasn't running quite as efficiently as it should be, and took the time to figure out that it was because there were a bunch of vents closed causing back-pressure on the system. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll be recommending them to my family and friends.

    Wilson Bros Heating Cooling Plumbing
Chris and his helper were very efficient and cleaned up when they were done. Chris also spotted a pvc discharge pipe on the furnace that had not been properly installed. He cemented the pipe and prevented any future issues with water leakage. We would definitely hire them again!

One Hour Heating & Cooling of Albany
Our furnace started clanging and making loud noises so I called Farrell Brothers for them to check it out. Ron diagnosed the problem immediately and since the furnace was old, it wasn't worth repairing so we purchased a new Lennox furnace from Farrell Brothers. Ron was excellent throughout this process and was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company. All Farrell Brothers employees I came in contact were an absolute pleasure to deal with!

One Hour Heating & Cooling of Albany
Technician (Brien) found that flue pipe had opened on the seam. He repaired that and reconnected. Also reinforced the side and back of the duct work. Will have them come back in the Spring to service A/C.

They're good. They've always been very responsive, they come out it's never an issue. They always been able to fix everything. I've been very happy with them. The guys are great! They come right out and meet you where they say they are, they on time, they call you at the right phone number. The have a tenured staff, I know the same repairman or serviceman year after year. It's nice that way, no one is flaky. They're consistent and they are just great to work with.

Bob identified the problem almost immediately and told me everything he was doing and additional things to look for in the future. We had just bought our house and his explanations of how the units in our home worked was very helpful. I have recommended him to my friends and family and will call him again if I have any other problems.

Adam is a great guy who listened carefully and worked with our family to provide what we needed with what we had to work with.  He came up with the best solutions possible so we could have a more comfortable home.  The cost was quite reasonable and he has returned to address some small issues a few times free of charge and he returns yearly for a small $125(approx) fee to maintain the system per the manufacturers recommendations.  He also gave us advice about keeping it clean so the system works more efficiently.

    Roland J Down Service Experts
RUN the other way!!! I did not attend a meeting at work today so that I could be here during the window of time that I was given for my maintenance call. I phoned them at the beginning of the window when I was told that they were running late, and then again after the window of time had passed and was told that they were tied-up with problem calls. It was in the 60's today and will not go below freezing tonight so no emergencies, they just overbooked! This is not the first time that this situation has occurred. This used to be a wonderful company until D A Bennett took over!

Tech was on time and performed his duties fast and efficient.
I have been with this company for almost 4 years; they installed my boiler some years ago and continue to maintain it for us at resonable cost.
Scheduling is easy and tech know what they are doing.
Sales reps are also know their stuff.
    Would recommend them.

    A Real Plumber
EVIEW:  ?A? Real Plumber should change their name to ?D? Real Plumber for being a very disappointing, service provider!!!
I made purchase of ?$39 for a Plumbing Service Call, Plus Credit Toward Repairs? from ?A? Real Plumber: WINSTON LAPIERRE
From: A REAL PLUMBER on 9/1/2015
Hi? we are shooting for 9am
    September 2, 2015
9 am was the scheduled time that Winston designated for service call.
9:40  ? NO courtesy call saying the plumber would be late or is running behind schedule!  So, I made a call asking if I was not on their schedule or if I was forgotten.
    9:50 ? Received a phone call?saying plumber is 10 minutes away.
10:05 ? A young plumber arrived?with no tool kit in hand.  Asked to see what needed to be done even after I had it all written in the correspondence in my Angie's List messages.
I told him that the two faucets to my washing machine were dripping each time I use the washer.  And I showed him the shower head in the main bathroom that was not spraying normally..Then he went to his truck for about 15 minutes before heading
    to my laundry room.
10:35 ? I heard NO NOISES coming from my laundry room, so I went down to see what was going on.
The young plumber was just leaning against my washer, humming to himself and just staring.  So, if I hadn?t come down at
all, how much time would ?A? Real Plumber would have WASTED and added to my bill?????
I proceeded to ask him what he was doing?then he bent down to rummage through his very messy, disorganized tool box with the ?packing washer? that he had removed from my hot water faucet and dropped it into his tool box. I asked HOW he was going
to know which was the bad washer and HOW did he know what kind of washer was going to fit back on my faucet. He just told me that he knows these things.
He rummaged around for another 5 minutes or so, before replacing the hot water faucet and then proceeding to ?fix? the cold water
    faucet from dripping.
By this time, it was almost 11 AM.  I told him that if the shower was going to take very long, that I did NOT want him to touch it!  He went into the bathroom.  His response was, 'Why? Do you have to be somewhere"
Then, he proceeded into the main bathroom and within 5 minutes, he replaced the shower head with a new one. Then, he said he was going to his truck to write up my bill.
He returned to my house at approximately 11:15 with a bill of an extra charge of $145.  I was furious!
        $ 4.00  (for 2 washers)
       $15.00  (1 new shower head)
      $19.00  for parts
$165.00  for an  HOUR and 15 MINUTES ?call? when the young plumber, who just happens to be the 'son' of the owner, spent
15 minutes doing who knows what in his van and spent almost half an hour 'humming and staring' while in my laundry
minus $39.00 for the Ange's List 'DEAL'  from 'A' Real Plumber
Leaving me with a ?PADDED BILL? of $145!?!?
NO WAY would I recommend this plumber to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!  While the plumber ?KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING?,
This kind of ?service? is totally unacceptable and what I would call a RAW "DEAL" from a consumer's perspective!!!!
?A? Real Plumber gets a ?D? for DUPING this customer! A RESPECTABLE PLUMBER would have changed what needed to be changed within a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME and charged accordingly!
