Todd installed our new front door. Bob had come over several times before to talk to me and make sure the measurements were all accurate before I ordered the door. The door looks great. Todd put all new trim on the outside and inside and the carpentry looks perfect. Bob also installed a vinyl plank floor in my basement. It was a very large room, but he worked very efficiently and got the job done promptly. Floor looks really good. I like that Bob gets back to you when you contact him and he comes exactly when he says he will.

    Todd Jobs LLC
From the start I should've recognized the warning signs. The first person who came and gave an estimate (Bill) quoted $3-$4,000. We agreed and he started the work. A week and a half in he'd only boxed out our egress window and did a little patching of the walls. We were already close to the estimated amount and had paid that. We were then told that Bill had to do some other work and another guy came to assess what needed done. He came and said he'd start the next day. Well, he never showed up and we were told he was no longer with the company. A third guy came (Tom) and he did more patching of the walls, boxed out doorways and tore out existing ceiling. He was an excellent worker. But now we have paid over $7000! When I asked Tom how much he anticipated it would cost to finish up the job he said "around the initial amount quoted." So that would mean the final amount would be upwards of about $11,000. So what we agreed on at $3-$4000 turned into at least $11,000. I fired them once I was told the final amount. What Todd Brower is doing is CRIMINAL. And to add to all of this, his workers did not put drop clothes down when doing the work and our basement floors are completely covered in white spackle/putty/plaster. DO NOT HIRE TODD JOBS unless you enjoy being ripped off, having different people do the job, have it take forever and for a mess to be left for you to clean up. I have never met a more unreliable, unprofessional contractor in all of my life.

Bob came promptly to give me an estimate. We set up a time several days later. He arrived right on time with the materials he needed. Set up his tools outside and got right to work. The moulding goes around my entire soffit area and looks beautiful. Great workmanship and a very reasonable price. I will definitely have Bob do more jobs for us.

    NML Contracting & Roofing
Joe and his crew (about a half a dozen) showed up a little before 8am. He also let me know the day before what his start time would be.  Before any work was done on the house the crew draped the back of the house and my deck with tarps and my entrance on the front.  They pulled their truck up the driveway  as close to the house as possible to catch the debris from the roof.
After the house was prepped they began tearing off the shingles and tar paper right down to the plywood.  All the debris went off the front of the roof into the truck.  Some plywood on the back of the garage was damaged due to ice dams and was replaced .  The crew worked continuously until their one and only break , lunch, around 1:30 in the afternoon.  This in itself was impressive because they were working during the recent heat wave and the air temperature that day was at least 93 !
The roof vents and ventilation stack covers were also replaced.  All the work done was top notch !  My wife and I were amazed that the crew kept working through the oppressive heat until the job was finished !  By four thirty or five o clock the roof was finished !  The clean up was meticulous and very thorough.  (also no huge dumpster sitting in my driveway !)
Our new roof (approximately 30 x 80)  was completed in one day.
It looks great and I would recommend NML Contracting and Roofing for thorough and professional  work.

They showed up when they said that they would. They are competitively priced. They leave the premises in better shape than when they arrived. When I got the estimate, I didn't expect them to re-shingle the back wall where they replaced the sliders with windows, but they did it all, with brand new shingles, which surprised and impressed me. Also, I had a downspout that was broken and they replaced it without me even asking them to. The office staff is so nice and cheerful, it makes it a pleasure to work with them.

    Matchless Stove & Chimney
The experience from start to finish was great! The sales person, Pete, from the new showroom in Clifton Park, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jerad, the head installer, was a pleasure, too. The two workers were very conscientious and polite. They arrived as promised each day. The work was supposed to take four days and was done in three. They layed drop cloths from the entry way right through the house to the area where the work was done. They moved some furniture out of their way and returned to exact area when done. They had to remove old insert through the outside of the house, so the siding had to be removed and put back on, which was done great. At the end of each day everything was picked up and cleaned. The stone work around the fireplace and mantle is absolutely beautiful! Better than I imagined! The cost of the job was after a 10% discount for the grand opening of their new store!
