    Superior Plumbing & Rooter Service
Chris was professional and explained the work that needed to be completed. Superior response was prompt and the work was performed promptly. The issue with the valves occurred when I was having the counter tops replaced that day.

    Radiant Mechanical Inc.
I hired Radiant Mechanical in Oct 2017 to snake an outside bubbler system as water was not flowing through. I paid $189. They offered to perform free video inspection as an addon as well. I was not home while doing the work so can't speak to punctuality, but when I came home the tech was wrapping up and put a pipe in my lawn and told me I had a blockage in the ground of around 3 ft and he confirmed with snake and camera from both sides of blockage. He put a place holder pipe in my lawn to mark the blockage for the repair crew and quoted me 1k for repairing a 5ft section and they would prorate the $189 which I thought was fair at the time (so repair cost would be approx. $880). Fast forward 1.5yrs, I tried to schedule them to do repairs and did not get a response from company so I hired another company to perform repairs. The new company did not trust another plumbers diagnosing as I showed them where I was told the blockage was and they said it would be quite strange to have a pipe there but they will confirm. They discovered that Radiant original location was wrong as there is no pipe in the ground where they said. In fact the pipe was about 10-15 feet away and that part of the pipe was actually free and clear of any blockages. They showed me this on their video camera system. The blockages were closer to the street and under the sidewalk. I had roughly 20 feet of pipe blockage from the curb and not 3 feet. So Radiant was wrong in location of problem and what the problem actually was. I had the entire line replaced and was home during repair to validate where pipes were located. I was not happy that previous company completely misdiagnosed the problem. I called them and asked to speak to manager and provided the name of who I thought the tech originally was as I wanted to understand why I was provided misinformation. I did receive a phone call from a guy with the same name and the first thing out of the persons mouth was that they are no longer affiliated with Radiant. The tech proceeded to say he reviewed the invoice and says that since I did not PAY specifically for video service and it was free that I do not have a leg to stand on and he doesn't understand why I'm upset since I never moved forward to have Radiant perform the repairs. I explained I was upset because I was told that there is a pipe in the ground at a specific location and that turned out to be false. He proceeded to say that he has been wrong in locating pipes before. I also explained that it should not matter whether or not I paid for video camera service as to whether or not I should be upset as the camera service was performed according to the tech. I was not told that they think the pipe was there or it could be elsewhere in the lawn, but the tech specifically placed a pipe in my grass showing the location of the blockage.. If they don't know, they should not tell customers wrong info as a matter of fact.. He also said I did not pay for diagnosing the problem either, but paid for snake service so once again he didn't understand why I was upset. The third item he said was the repair quote was way to low and he would never do a dig job for less than 1k. I was not upset that the blockage turned out to be 40 feet as it was 2 years since, but my gut instinct is that the original tech whoever did come out to my house did a botched job and was not experienced as he was wrong with location of blockage and the location of my pipe in the ground. There were 2 items that were wrong and that is a matter of fact. Why Radiant Mechanical chose to have someone not affiliated with the company contact me was strange and that person customer service was not very good. Personally I would not choose to hire Radiant Mechanical for any service in the future based on my experience and handling of my concerns.

Russell Renovations is the BEST contractor I have hired in 30-years. This statement should not be taken lightly as I manage multiple rental properties and have fully renovated three houses. This is a family owned business of two highly skilled craftsmen. They bring great ideas to the table, are very knowledgeable about what the current real estate market demands, and both are very efficient. Tim is a master wood worker. They keep you apprised of next steps and do not "job" hop. Your project is their focus whether it takes 1 month or, like in my case, 4 months. Their prices are very fair and they have outstanding connections with local vendors (carpet, flooring, cabinetry, etc.). They treat their clients like family! They can do it all and more efficiently than larger businesses! Stop looking for a contractor and hire Russell Renovations now! You should also save your money for add ons -- once you see their outstanding work you are going to want them to do more!

    Zenner & Ritter Home Services
Technician was very professional and candid, but would not repair leak without installing an in-line valve due to liability issues. Quote for installing a valve ($600) was too high for me, so with technician's feedback/advice I decided to cap the line later myself at the T-junction in the basement (rather than installing a valve) since we don't actually use the fireplace gas line. I was disappointed that technician didn't do such a simple thing as capping the line himself for the service call fee, and maybe he would have capped it if he had the right sized cap on hand, but wasn't worth paying him to go get just a cap and return to install it at $80+/hr. Still, he was at our place for nearly an hour investigating the issue and discussing options, so at least we had his full attention and honest, informed opinion.

    Superior Plumbing & Rooter Service
Perfect. The cost is supported by the level of service. This is a situation where I had a handyman install this a few years ago and they jacked it up. It is now done right. The owner scheduled and then checked up after. The plumber sent was Angel. Incredibly polite and professional. He Explained everything and work was done promptly and with great competence. I would certainly hire this company and request Angel.

    Superior Plumbing & Rooter Service
I was referred to Superior Plumbing and within 3 years of contacting them their employee was at my home and working on the back up in my storm water drain running to the street. Angel was quickly able to trouble shoot and assess my problem and solve the issue. He was extremely patient and pleasant explaining the problem and resolution. I would definitely recommend Dean and his team to friends, family and co-workers. Pendleton NY resident

    Roy's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling
I needed my sump pump replaced, wanted to add a water pressure back up system and had them install a new garbage disposal that I had purchased myself. I had installed our previous disposal myself but I figured they were already coming so I would have them install the new disposal. First of all, the work was excellent. My main problem was with the cost. When I questioned the high rates, $285 to install the disposal and $542 for a new sump pump and installation, I was told that they have pricing set by "job" not by actual time necessary. That was the least expensive model of sump pumps. Another model was $300 more. The backup sump pump would have to be done on another day so it was not even considered at the time, although the prices of the other jobs made me concerned that it was also over priced. Since you are charged a fee for having them show up at the door I decided to have them do the work but I had a feeling the jobs would not take more than an hour. They had two plumbers, one was experienced, and the other one seemed to be learning on the job. Either way, each one was done within an hour. In hindsight I should have trusted my instincts and paid the mandatory "visit" fee and hired another company. If you take the cost of the pump out of the equation I paid $285/hr and $392/hr respectively more than double the highest national average. I will never use this company again because they are taking advantage of people. I would highly recommend that you get some estimates before they show up... don't get charged a flat rate for simple jobs. Don't be afraid to say no and hire another company.

    T-Mark Plumbing Heating & Cooling
They returned my call first thing in morning. Rich who provided the quote was there when they said, he called in advance as well. Once I got my price I accepted their quote and was able to have the water heater installed that day. Their willingness to get the job done allowed us to return to normalcy in one day. Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. TMark honored the Angies coupon without inflating the price. Would recou

Replaced a Jacuzzi tub, redid the shower and Floor along with faucets and lights. The work was done in a timely fashion and it is perfection plus. Chris even came back and replaced our toilet which wasn't working properly. We purchased the toilet on our own and he still came back to replace it. Can't recommend him enough!!
