ADeLuca's PaintingGary returned to paint our house after suspending the job until we had rotten cedar shakes replaced. He went out of his way to get us on this year's schedule. He and his assistant took their time, prepped all surfaces properly and did a fabulous job with the painting. He replaced the few shakes the construction company missed and also replaced some trim that was compromised. The finished result is seamlessly. His attention to detail is outstanding. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a painter.- T R.

AHI-Tech CoatingsI called for a quote to have the outside of my house painted and they were there within the hour to give a quote. I dealt with Justin and he was delightful. I agreed to the quote that was given and they were there a few days after to perform the work. I was very pleased with the work they did, looks like a completely different house! I’ve been working from home so I’m in zoom meetings throughout the day and they were very considerate to that and were very quiet. Didn’t even know they were there! Would recommend!- Matt S.

AGary and crew of three arrived early every day and got the project done ahead of schedule. Gary was on-site for the entire project and resolved unexpected issues after wallpaper removal. He even went the extra mile and painted an upstairs hallway that adjoined a space that had wallpaper removed. He said it just wouldn't look right if that was not painted. Cleanup was thorough and even had trash out at the curb in time for pickup. Highly recommend DeLuca Painters!

AIf you are thinking about going with Romeo’s Superior Home Improvements for work on your home - do it! In October of 2020, we found our selves in a pickle after a different contractor had damaged our property during the installation of a patio which resulted in him walking away from the project before it was finished. I reached out to Romeo that same night looking for someone to finish the project and by the next morning he was at the house to give an estimate. Not only was Romeo an absolute god-send but he’s timely, professional and passionate about his work. I know that we will have projects in the future that will need a professional and when that time comes you know we’ll be calling Romeo!

AFinished result is wonderful and we are very happy with the work performed. Toly and his team worked quickly and were honest and reliable. He coordinated with a few other contractors well (we hired separate electric and HVAC contractors). He took reasonable care to protect the carpet and walls while carrying materials into the house, and kept us updated with progress. We left town for a week and his team continued to work on their own - there were no issues. There was a hiccup in the permitting process which was due to them not being as familiar our town's restrictive system, but apart from a few weeks of delay was not a big issue. Once we had all the proper permits, the work proceeded smoothly. There were no surprises in terms of costs, and what was initially quoted was the final cost of the project (not counting a change we added midway through the process, replacing a window). His prices are very reasonable. He also went above and beyond helping us remove an old countertop that the countertop company refused to remove, and hooking up the plumbing after they installed the new countertop. During the permitting process we found out that we would need a larger window in the room to meet light and vent requirements. We ordered a custom floor to ceiling casement window from Andersen, and Toly and his crew (he brought in a few extra people for this one job) had no problem removing the old window and installing this extremely heavy window for us.

AJD Construction was great for my bathroom and kitchen update. They did extensive work including replacing the subfloor and rotted joists in the bathroom. They did the floor installation in bathroom and large kitchen, put up new drywall, stained and installed cabinets, and installed water fixtures. Jeff and Derek are responsive, easy to get in touch with, very professional and polite, they are a great, fast-working team that I would hire again for future projects.
