ARUSSELL RENOVATIONS WNY INC.Your Renovation is worth the wait!! My wife and I wanted to renovate our Ryan Homes builders grade bathroom so it was more than just a shower, soaking tub, and toilet. Tim had previously completed a kitchen renovation for my mother and father in law so we immediately knew we wanted him to work on our next project. Due to his high demand and COVID Tim was booking out for months, but we found if you want quality work and attention to detail you have to have a little patience. Once the work began Tim and his team were meticulous about the work area, putting up multiple layers of plastic to contain the dust and debris and then ensuring everything was vacuumed and wiped down at the end of the day. Communication was very open with him and he would discuss the day prior what his team would be working on, this included what time they would be onsite and what they may need for us to have prepared (material and color choices, etc.). Their typical day started at 8am and they worked consistently throughout the day, not ending until everything they had anticipated completing was done. This may mean 5:30pm or 7pm ensuring they stayed on the timeline they provided us, he was even opened to working on random Saturdays (within our schedule of course) to ensure there were no delays to our overall schedule. Every other day or so my wife and I would have a question about material finishing color selection etc. Tim would always listen and discuss collaboratively with us, without making us feel like we had no clue what we were talking about. Warping up the work Tim has always picked up the phone to answer any questions or address any concerns with vendors. The best example our vanity was ordered on Wayfair and came in damaged. Even after the job was done Tim came back to change out the door. It wasn't a huge job by any means but he wanted to make sure that it was done perfect. The amount of passion Tim has for his work is unmatched by any other contractor. Every inch of our renovation alludes a perfection that you will not find anywhere else and we look forward to using him and his team for future projects.- Brian F.

He completed both jobs as requested, quickly, and with a fair price compared to competitors. He answered all of my questions, respected our property, and was very deliberate and precise to make sure the jobs were perfect. We had an issue after replacing our breaker panel with a flood light that didn’t work properly, which was due to being previously installed in an unorthodox way, and Mike fixed it without any additional charge. When it was necessary to have assistants on-site, his crew performed in the same manner. I highly recommend him for any job big or small.- Jason C.

AHouse Crafters came out to do a estimate on our roof which had been leaking from the skylights. We did not know the exact age of the roof but Bob their salesman came out pretty quickly to take a look. Bob went up on the roof and did a very extensive explanation of the issues but also what the product options were. He also was able to give us the information on who to call for lending options. We also appreciate that Bob observed CDC guidelines when come for the call in the middle of a pandemic. We got approved for a lender and the team they sent to do was very pleasant at professional. They kept to themselves and worked the entire day with no interruptions to our own day. The lead on the crew even explained some of the issues that came up in the project and showed us pictures for context which we appreciated. Their clean up was done fairly well and made sure that none of the yard around the house was damaged or ruined from roofing coming down. I would use Housecrafters again for my roofing needs and recommend to others as well.
