probably should have posted this months ago when it happened. But I didnt think to. What happened to me at this office I feel was heartless and cruel. I had followed my primary care doctor to this practice when he moved there from another practice years ago. I want to say...8 years? I loved him and he had known me since I was a little girl. I trusted him and he took excellent care of me. Unfortunately, he retired. So I switched over to one of the other providers in the practice. We had a great relationship and I was pretty happy with him. I have asthma and a few other chronic conditions due to a car accident. In Aug or September, I started to develop severe depression and anxiety. I also.have PTSD. It was awful. I was really, really struggling. I couldnt find a psychiatrist that my insurance would cover and neither could the girls in the office. So I was under my primary doctor's care. It was a struggle for me. I was in there at least once a month crying my eyes out. I'm a single mother of 2, I didnt want my kids to see me like that. About 2 months later I developed strep throat and my asthma was really acting up. After going in to be diagnosed and to get my antibiotic, I tried to call them for 2 days. At least. I couldnt get through to anyone and nobody would call me back. I could not breath. It was terrifying. Finally, the 3rd day I got ahold of someone at the scheduling line who said she could probably fit me in with one of the other providers, as mine was booked out for awhile. She was so nice to me and apologetic. Really wanted to help. She was awesome. And this urgent. She said she would call me right back. Literally about 10 minutes later, I got a call back, but it wasnt her. It was one of the nurses. Finally. She told me that I needed to go to urgent care, that's what my doc had recommended. I told her I couldnt afford urgent care and my insurance didnt cover it. And then told her about the sweet girl I had just talked to who was calling me back with an appointment time.with another doctor. Well, as nasty as nasty could be all she did was argue with me and threw her credentials in my face. She was so rude and nasty. I mean, I couldnt believe how nasty she was. I was totally taken back. I tried so hard to hold my patience, but when you're in pain, and cant breath, the last thing you want to do is argue with your doctors office for help! Not to mention, I'm a certified medical assistant. I know just as much mediacl info as you do miss "LPN" lol. So throwing your credentials in my face like you know more than me is not gonna help in this instance. I really just needed some understanding and help. It had been a couple days. Which is torture when you cant breath. So after about 10 mins of arguing with her I called her the "B" word and hung up. Next thing I know , my provider had dismissed me from the practice with out even letting me defend myself or talking me at all. Literally no warning. Which I guess is typical...but still. Considering the circumstances. I mean cmon. I have never been fired from a job. Almost all of my friends are 20+ years friendships. I was floored. Still am!I feel completely abandoned by him. I think its cruel and unfair. And believe me, this isnt the first time I had a hard time getting through to them. It happened almost every single time I needed them. And the wait times were horrendous. Proceed with caution. They can be very unfair...and heartless. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else, ever again. I take responsibility for swearing at her. That wasnt right. I shouldnt have called her the "B" word. But I was in pain and couldnt breath and I needed her help. All she did was argue, waive her nurse credentials, and make me feel worse. For 10 minutes!!! Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Like I said. Proceed with caution. I wouldnt treat a dog the way they treated me. Wish you all good luck and good health. Hope you all have a great day!!

    Donald Robinson MD
Dr. Robinson is very thorough, honest, and excellent overall.  All of his staff are great as well.  I like they do blood work there, rather than having to go to another location. They also get me in and out within an hour.

    Kenmore Family Medicine
He asked great questions that get to the core of the issue with an open, confident manner. We're trying different medications that fit with her sensitivities and allergies, and I can't say enough about both his diagnostic skills and interactions with patients and caregivers like me. We feel so well cared for with him. I'd recommend him without any hesitations.

    Ann Denardin MD
I was very pleased with all aspects of the office visit.  I was given a friendly appt. reminder call by a real person. (not automated) The office staff was professional , as well as warm and friendly.  Unlike  large offices, I was given personal attention and made to feel like a valued patient.  The waiting room is small but clean and welcoming.  It has a small beautiful aquarium to enjoy.  The Best part is I was not kept waiting.  The office visit was right on time!  No long waiting in the reception area or exam room! Dr Denardin  was friendly and professional.  I felt as though she took personal interest in treating me and the other patients as individuals.  She took her time with me and encouraged me to express concerns and ask questions. Billing and Administration was professional and organized. I would certainly recommend  this medical practice to others.( especially those interested in a small practice with individual attention and  appointments taken on time.)  And I look forward to using this provider in the future.

    Mohamed, Dr. Naureen
I have been very happy with my relationship with Dr. Mohammed. She is a caring doctor who provides practical treatment and recommendations. She has no office staff, so you deal with her directly. She offers online appointments at times that are convenient for those who work and can normally get you in the same day for emergencies. She holds the patient responsible for their own health and seems to seek long term solutions instead of fixing something with a quick prescription. I highly recommend her - I dont feel like just a number when I go to see her.

They're wonderful, they listen, they're personable, they give you a hug, they're the nicest, I sent them a card thanking them so much, and I've been going to them forever. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
