    The man that sold me my car is phenomenal (Eric Arden). He took very good care of me, and did not badger me. I trust them a lot. I bought another car from here as well in the past. I would most defiantly recommend them. I have no complaints about them.

    TheVery fast & courteous:  .- they began within 30 mins of our scheduled time & we waited in the customer waiting room (ok, but bit cramped & could have been cleaner; had water & coffee but no donuts) for about 50 mins (a reasonably short time) until the van
    was ready to drive out.
    I then showed them a small (0.5 inch) circular crack in the bottom center of the front windshield, probably caused by a small stone impact & asked if I should replace the entire windshield.  They said it wasn't necessary and could be made structurally sound simple by forcing some glue (epoxy) into the crack & activating the polymerization process by applying uv lamps.  The entire fix took less than an hour &, they sent me out at no charge.

    Installed injector coil for no. 2 cylinder and spark plug (I supplied
    the parts) due to engine code indicating Cylinder 2 Misfire. Also NYS
    Inspection was due and they performed that, all while we waited in a
    nice waiting area. Everyone is very friendly and efficient and work was
    done satisfactorily. Will go there again.

     Contacted Wieland Auto on 12/29/14 to set up appointment and was able to drop off  vehicle about 9am the next morning, 12/30/14. At  about 12:45pm they called saying the transmission lines were rusted out and needed to be replaced quoting a total price of $580. OK'd work to be done and at around 3:30pm. they called to tell us repairs were complete and vehicle was ready for pickup. Total cost was $546.94 which was less then original quote because they didn't need to use some of the fittings.  As of today,01/02/15, all is well...NO LEAKS.   Job well done.

    Very pleased with how easy it was to get an appointment and the promptness in which the work was completed. I would not hesitate to have other repairs done by Wieland Automotive.

    It was a horrible experience. I had a previously booked an appointment at 2:00 PM. Dropped off the car and was told I would receive a call when it had been diagnosed. At 4:20 (over three hours later) I had still not heard back from the shop. Called them and was told by that the car was just being pulled into the garage. Waited another hour and at 5:20 received a call back. Was told they were unable to quote me a price as all their parts dealers were closed for the evening. I told them forget it and I would come get the car. When I arrived at the shop, I received absolutely no apologies or explanations. My keys were just handed to me as the employee smugly stated: "Here you go bud". Needless to say I will not be returning to this or any Munro locations in the future.

    Staff is fantastic!!  They really put in the extra effort to do the best job possible and to keep the cost as reasonable as possible,  The turn around time on repairs is short.  I'm thrilled to have found them!

    Well first of all I came in on a busy day, so I expected a bit of a wait. I asked the cashier about a detail and she referred me to the detail window.. so far so good. I got to the detail window and the person on the other side ignored me for a couple minutes, no eye contact or any word to please wait. Ok so I wait, then I ask the cashier for a detail and the differences between them (Remember I am spending over $200), and I am barely told about them and then I asked to make an appointment, I then ask for the gift certificate, then I am told to go back to the main cash register. I go there and the blond bimbo there is clueless that they sell the certificates. Then she asks her coworker about it and getss the skinny. She pulls out the certificates and enters it in, I give her my $40 coupon and this doesn't ring in correctly. 3 attempts with the manager getting involved and finally this transaction is for the correct amount.
    I will have a job forever, either these kids are as dumb as a rock or they don't care. Thank God for the manager as in the end he was able to complete the transaction.
    I believe the detail will be good. But I will check every and quot;DETAILand quot; of the detail.

    Audi A8L 2003 - Timing belt, serpentine belt, pulleys, thermostat, water pump.   Considered the 105k standard maintenance.  Repaired perfectly and completed promptly for a grand less than Rochester Audi.  Schmitt's wouldn't even talk to me just trying to get a price.  Was funny.  Two days three phone called and an actually visit (spoke to Lisa service writer) and still no attention, call back, or price provided.  Rochester gave it to me over the phone in one minute.  But Tom Tepas took me right in and it was done in a day.  Still after four months waiting for Schmitt's to call me...  Yeah, I'll buy another care from them!  LOL!

    Kings always does a great job with their $20 oil change and tire rotation.  If you drop off the car, they are really good about calling you and telling you when it is done.  I often drop off the car and they squeeze me in during the day for simple oil changes.  Their price for this is hard to beat - $20 for oil AND tire rotation.  Chris also did a great job of trying to fix an electrical problem and spent lots of time on the issue free of charge.  Although they could not fix it, their time was appreciated.  I think that their cost is about average for everything else but I really trust the manager so I will continue to go there.

    Although I have received very good service from the other Valu locations around the Buffalo, NY area, I would NEVER go to this one again.  The manager (I wish I got his name) here refused to provide a simple state inspection to me and actualy told me that it was the end of the day and he did not feel like taking another customer.  As shocking as this is for any business, it is even more so considering that there was still 45 minutes left before closing AND I called him the day before to ensure that I could arrive at this specific time while my kids were taking piano lessons down the street.  He was so rude and impolite that I hope other people refuse to take their business there.  Perhaps he was just having a bad day but I will never give him a second chance to correct this terrible impression that he left upon me.
