We spoke on the phone a couple times before he came for the installation to ensure our choice of lock. We also needed extra keys cut and he gave us one for free. His is the kind of customer service you could depend on in the old days--he is expert at what he does and downright gracious in delivering his services. Frank, to me, had superb ratings on Angie's List. He engaged quickly during my quick call to him. We then communicated by text continually. He showed up in a quite impressive, branded commercial truck with all of the fixings! Great guy, very personable. He ably replaced the locks. Frank also checked out my other, external doors. CThe work was completed the same day. But I did not like the way the gentleman approached the work. Did not look at the drawing to find the spot to drill for an additional hole or the drilling template till I pointed it out. I had provided a drop cloth to collect any debris. When I came back saw all the debris from drilling holes from the door on the floor. The plastic bags housing the multiple parts of the lockset all over the floor. Long story short I ended up cleaning after the locksmith, broom clean and vacuuming as the woodndust was all over my entrance mat. I really wished he had used the drop cloth I provided. He did finish the job and made sure that door was locking. But I wished he was more mindful about cleaning up after the job.

AIgor and his team were fantastic! I worked as the interior designer on the project and this was our first project together. They were able to start right away and wrapped up the project for the clients just before Christmas. The quality of work was high and his price was fair. The tile work especially was beautiful. He even brought in a sub-contractor for the countertops and I could not be happier with the result of everything. He was very easy to communicate and work with and ran everything by me which I truly appreciate. I hope to work with Igor and his team in the near future and will recommend Tedora to as many people as I can.
