AA few weeks before I closed on my house I called Standguard and a few other companies to shop prices for a new security system. During my first call with Hank, he was extremely helpful in walking me through the pricing of all the options. He asked a lot of questions to get to know the house and what I was looking for. After our initial call, Hank followed up with me a few weeks later (around the time of my closing, as I had mentioned to him when we were expected to close). The thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. When I called to schedule installation, I assumed it would be a few weeks before we had our system installed. Nope... they called me back to let me know they picked up all the parts needed for my home and they the team would show up the next day for installation. The whole installation was done in under 3 hours! I can't speak highly enough about Ian and Joe, who installed our system. Friendly, professional, knowledgable are a few adjectives I would use to describe this team. After installation, I had a few questions, which were answering immediately when calling. The system itself is sleek and simple to use. Top of the line equipment aside, let me be clear, the team is what made this experience absolutely wonderful.
