    Excellent. By far the best appliance repair company I have ever worked with, honest, fair, punctual and willing to make the extra effort for the customer. I am new to the area and have nothing but headaches, poor service and refusals from many other companies, I feel lucky to have found them. The first time I used the service for a refrigerator repair, it was an easy fix (the vents had frosted over because of the freezer door being inadvertently left open) and I wasn���t charged for even time or the inspection. I have not been disappointed in the servicing I���ve had since, many which were difficult with such an old house and appliances. Not only would I hire them again in a heartbeat, but recommend to all my friends and coworkers.

    Let���s face it no one likes to have any appliance break on normal day but to have my refrigerator crap out on me the day after Thanksgiving with all my leftovers in it was not my idea of fun. I checked Angie���s List and saw that Blue Ribbon repair had great reviews. I called their office and I was told Nadir would call me shortly. Nadir called me back approximately 30 min. later. He asked me what the problem was and he said he could be by my house between 4-6 PM. Nadir should up on time assessed the situation and had a fix for it within 10 min. Fortunately he had the part in his truck and he repair was made quickly. If are in need of an appliance repair man please go no further. Nadir was fast, friendly and most importantly fair. Thanks Nadir and thanks Angie���s List helping me find Blue Ribbon Repair.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    Made appointment over three weeks ago. Got a phone call to confirm appointment day before. One hour later we got an e-mail saying our appointment was cancelled because they set too many appointments for that date. When we called. we were informed that since they could not get in contact with a customer who set there appointment later then ours. Sears cancelled my appointment. This is not the first time Sears has been a disappointment. My only advice is to buy from a different store and get someone else to service your items

    Eddie replied to my request quickly. It was easy to schedule him. He gave me a 1 hour window and arrived exactly on time. He repaired the problem quickly. He had the required part on hand. He offered some advice on other repairs I could easily perform myself. One of the smoothest repair jobs I've ever had. He was really fantastic.

    the issue happened after 5 pm on a sunday, my dish washer started leaking and had water in my basement from it this company did not come up on the search i did on angie's list i found them via the phone book and took a chance, well i am pleased to report all went VERY well the repair man came and understood the issue right away, the parts of course had to be ordered but he attacked a temp device to stop the water leek until he could come with the correct part. the parts came in and the repair was done and the problem was solved the repair man (Norman) was very knowledgeable and had the repair done very fast and i have no ore leek. i will absolutely recommend this company to all my friends the only "complaint" i had was that he said he would call Monday to let me know if he got the part and i had to call him.

    I came come from work at 4:30 and found my refrigerator was not cold. Called a couple of different places and got answering services. Called Blue Ribbon and got a call back within 15 minutes. He was at my home by 5:45! He diagnosed the problem as a freezer timer, had one in the truck and I was in business by 6:45. Awesome experience. Saved all the food I had purchased at BJs over the weekend!

    The dryer was making a weird rumbling sound after it stopped (apparently the blower blades kept spinning even after dryer stopped moving because the part was stripped). He knew immediately what was wrong and had the part on the truck. He had to take the entire Dryer apart to replace the part. It took about an hour all together. Price was well below the cost of a new dryer. The part is not expensive but the dryer has to be disassembled to get to it so the majority of the cost is labor and well within line of what any other repair service company would have charged. Overall they were on time, very professional, courteous and able to repair the dryer immediately.

    It was good. The oven was fix and the freezer wasn't worth fixing. They came when they said they would and called me to let me know they would be little late. I was very happy with them and I would call them again if I needed another repair.
