    Emergency One Urgent Care
I couldn't have been more pleased with the visit. The doctor step by step walked me through a series simple tests to rule out the causes from most simple to more complicated. He listened very well to my account of what I was experiencing to figure out the cause. He explained everything in a very simple and calm manner and when it was all done, even called over the script to my pharmacy to save me time because he knew I had a bridal shower to go to. I was very impressed at the friendliness and competence of all the staff from the moment I walked in.

    Vassar Brothers Medical Center
My mother was admitted to Vassar Bros Hospital from N. Dutchess Hosp. in Rhinebeck. (during hurricane Sandy). My family and I are very impressed with the excellent care she received there. She was admitted to the Nephrology Unit. (with acute kidney failure).
of care. She was a patient for approximately 3 weeks. She was diagnosed corrrectly after a lot of tests. The level of care was very, very good.
I feel that if she had gone to our hometown hospital, she most likely would have died. (In Kingston)

    Benedictine Hospital (HealthAlliance Hospital)
Very good. My daughter was given a shot of epinephrine to stop the swelling from the sting. The ER doctor had a great bedside manner and sense of humor. After confirming that she was allergic to wasp stings he wrote a prescription for a sting kit, one for home and one for school. I would definitely visit this ER again.

    HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus
This report pertains to the PAIN TREATMENT CENTER associated with Kingston Hospital, run by Dr. Gamburg. Warning to all chronic pain patients who wish to be treated with medication, this center will not work with you for that because it "takes too much time" (direct quote from receptionist). Instead, the doctor will recommend injections or a series of injections and bill from $350 to $600 for a 30 second procedure. Doctors who perform "procedures" can bill your insurance at a much, much higher rate than a regular doctor visit, where the doctor actually has to talk to you and think about your problem. Two of my friends and I went to the center for different problems and we were all told to get the same series of injections. These people are medical parasites.

    Benedictine Hospital (HealthAlliance Hospital)
One week before my procedure, I was given an appointment to come in for an exam. At that time, I was briefed by a nurse from the orthopedic unit on what to expect. Then, representatives from the orthopedic unit and the physical therapy dept conducted a class during which we were advised how to prepare for the weeks following the procedure. All our questions were answered with kindness and consideration.

In the four days following the surgery, all the nurses and assistents were uniformly patient and kind in their ministrations.

    HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus
The Kingston Hospital facility itself, as far as the environment goes, is top of the line. Their punctuality is fair. The wait time is fair. The communication is fair. It is the only emergency room in the area and I think that they are understaffed. There have been no problems with billing or administration; its fine. The staff present there knows what they are doing and are professional however; they are not enough in numbers to handle the only emergency room in the area. I had my leg done there, but because they were understaffed, it was crazy. However, they did the best they could. I only use them because my doctor is affiliated with the hospital. Other than that reason I dont think I would use them. However, if there is an emergency I would have no choice but to use them.

Husband had surgery for his circulation. From start to finish, the care he received was outstanding. From the surgeon communicating with us to the attendants on the floor cleaning his room.

The follow up was at a physical therapy location. They are very knowledgeable and very nice. I could not be more pleased with the care.
