    Work was performed well and on time. They were the low bid of two bids, and they attempted to facilitate a rental for me which I appreciated. My one quibble is that the rental process was not as transparent as it could have been. For instance, I was able to return the rental car to their shop - which saved me time - but they had no process for checking the rental car to confirm that there was no damage. They simply held the car on their lot and notified the rental agency that it was there. So, I was not able to document that the car was undamaged when returned. This turned out to be a moot point in this case, but seems to me that if the car had been damaged on their lot after I turned it in, I could have been held liable for the damage. However, that quibble aside, I would definitely recommend this company.

    We gave Kingston Collision's name and number to our auto insurance carrier on a Monday.  Later that day, Kingston Collision contacted us to set up an appointment the following week.  They estimated the job would take 4 days and that is exactly when the car was finished.  Everyone is very friendly, professional, accommodating and the work was perfect.  And, it has a life time warranty.  Hopefully we won't need their services again, but we would definitely use them again and we will refer them to anyone who is looking for an honest auto body shop.

    In this instance and on all occasions I have used this provider's services they have been thorough, attentive and fair.  One one occasion my sister took her car there with a problem expecting to get a repair big bill.  It was a minor issue and they charged her NOTHING!  We couldn't believe it.

    I brought my car in to them to have a recall issue taken care of. I had purchased the car from another dealer. They were nice enough to look over the whole car for me and point out any issues I may have in the future and items that should be covered under my warranty.

    Very well. Went without a hitch as it usually does with this service provider. Ordinarily, I find their prices rather high, but this was a service that was entirely free. The oil change was free as well because I was dissatisfied with something they failed to notice that was wrong with the car during my last service visit. The free oil change was what we negotiated as recompense for the oversight. All in all I'm pleased with their work, but will likely switch over to another shop because of the cost.

    I've been using Jim's Mufflers Inc. for many years, and have always gotten quality work at a reasonable price. This last work was an example of their honesty and willingness to do what's best for the customer. I had my 1996 Toyota camry at the dealer for other work, and asked about a noise coming from the exhaust. I don't recall their exact explanation of the problem (I'm not a mechanic), but it involved the exhaust manifold, and was extremely expensive to fix. I took it to Jim's, since I used them before, and he checked it out, confirmed what the dealer had told me, but offered an alternative solution. The alternative would be to install a flex pipe, and again, I can't remember the exact details, but it would cost hundreds less. The downside was that he couldn't guarantee it would work, but said that he had done it before with good results. If I decided not to choose this alternative, he could do the full fix that the dealer would do, but for much less (but still very expensive). I chose the cheaper fix, and have put 60,000+ miles on that car since then, with no exhaust problems. I have used them over the years for more standard exhaust work, and have always been pleased.

    The last time I was in for an oil change we noticed the front bumper trim was baddly damaged and they checked the battery which I thought may be getting to the end of it's usable life. The battery was near the end of it's life and so we ordered a battery and the lower trim for the bumper. I came in first thing in the morning and within less than an hour the work was complete and I was on my way. Sloan and his competent crew are always looking to keep my vehicle in first class shape and functioning as the manufacturer intended. They won't recommend you repair something until it is truely at the end of it's usable life. But, safety is paramount and they will not let me drive away with a problem that has not been addressed.

    Fantastic! I took the car in at 8am and was driven home by one of the mechanics by 8:30am once i had gone over with Darryl what I needed to have done, etc. They called me at 3:00pm, letting me know that one of the mechanics was on his way to pick me up, and a brief discussion of what work was done on the car. When I got there, Darryl went over the invoice and also told me what needed to be monitored for future repair/replacement. They changed the oil, replaced a burned-out fog light, changed the spark plugs, pcv valve, air filter and topped off all the fluids and checked tire pressure, belts and hoses.
    As per my request, Darryl went over things on the car that needed to be dealt with in the future, and what should be done soon, and what could wait. I have scheduled the next phase in 3 weeks of getting the transmission pan, seal and fluid replaced for as well as getting a front strut replaced, brakes and rotors, front and back.
    I can't say enough good things about Brenn Automotive. I need my car to run as long as it can, and they have been very helpful in giving me a plan to address all the issues before I have a major problem or breakdown. I feel that they are fair in their assessment of what needs to be done on the car and when. This gives me piece of mind that I won't be stranded somewhere due to bad advice or shoddy service (which I have had in the past year due to not having a good mechanic to trust).

    they were able to service my car the same day.They were professional and their price was fair.They did not perform any service that was not required. This was the third time I have used them. My car mechanic of 40 years recently died, so it was difficult for me choosing another mechanic.I am pleased with their service and will continue to use them.ngston

    Dealer performed work courteously and professionally. I was driven home after leaving my car and picked up after it was completed. All work was done as promised and I was given a complete invoice covering the serviced preformed. This dealer specializes in foreign cars, and I was comfortable with him working on my Honda Civic. Overall, It was a positive experience.
