    Adoring Pets Veterinary Health Ctr
I keep going back because I think their accommodations, personalities, and their professionalism make it an easy choice to keep them as our primary vet. They interactions with us and our pets are amazing. They go above and beyond to accommodate us. The wait time from the time we arrive til we go back to see the doctor, I think the most we have waited is about 10 minutes or so. It's not very long. They have multiple insurances in the vet clinic. Also, they accommodated us with our dog that has anxiety. Actually, just went outside and saw him and treated him outside.

They are really good. This organization is so good. They are all volunteers and they get all these cats and they have a big house that they turned into a rescue site and they really take good care of the pets and they don’t euthanize any of them. They keep them and I get the most beautiful cat from there. It’s a wonderful place. They actually gave me a discount on the cat because she needed the special circumstance. She couldn’t be with any other pets. So they were really good about that.

Everything went smoothly.  There was a lot of preliminary paperwork  that had to be completed.  However, prior to our trip,  the pet-sitter, Christy, visited our home for a face-to-face meeting along with a brief orientation to our home and our cat's routine. She also answered questions and addressed our concerns to help us feel more at ease about using a pet/house sitting service.  During our trip, Christy e-mailed weekly progress reports and a few pet-photos, which helped make our trip so much more enjoyable since we didn't need to worry about our pet or our home while we were traveling!

I have an adorable 9 week old puppy and first took him to City Creatures in Kenmore. It was OKAY there, but the staff wasn't very personable or informative. My questions weren't answered with much detail either. This is my first puppy so I was hoping for a little bit of helpful information.
I decided to take my pup to All Creatures Animal Hospital, just to compare. Wow! They were so nice and so helpful. They talked to me in detail about the concerns I had, explained things I should expect with my puppy, and really seemed to care about my puppy and me. I wasn't rushed at all, they took their time with us and it was easy to make an appointment.
I live in Kenmore, but it's worth the extra 20 minute drive. They made me feel like my dog will be taken care of by people who are not only competent, but caring. Their facility was nicer too, very clean, calming colors, and beautiful animal photography on the walls.

    • Dental work went well and our dog was a lot happier after a few days to heal up. Price was just below area  vets. Some peripheral items were negotiable. Cost apx. 1100.00. When she was put to sleep, the staff was very comforting and professional. We stayed with her and held her to the end. The injection caused her to just relax and lie down as if sleeping, no pain or discomfort. They were very good people and helped us get thru a sad time. The 350 inclided cremation and return of ashes.

    Bubbles & Barks
I have taken my Maine C*** cat (a long-haired breed) to Heidi at Bubbles and Barks for one year. She always does a wonderful job on the grooming, takes good care of him and is gentle with him. She seems knowledgeable about her trade and cat care in general. The other staff members with whom I spoke also were friendly and helpful. Before I brought my boy in, I stopped in without an appointment to check the facility out. One of the groomers was happy to show me around and answer my questions, and also make me feel at ease about bringing my shy kitty in to a new place (he'd never been groomed professionally before). I didn't want any scented products or perfumes used on my cat (no one should--their sense of smell is too sensitive for heavy scents) and they were perfectly willing to accommodate that wish. Overall, I am very happy with their services. Cash or check only--FYI.

    Blue Cross Animal Hospital
In addition to identifying my cat's problems, their pet emergency fund defrayed $270 of the bill. I am still reeling from this. They also accept payment plans.
AND, they loaned me a carrier until I get a new one because mine broke on the way over there. Unbelievable.

I have been going here for 4 years (I have to get my dog groomed every 8 weeks). I tried out multiple groomers, but keep coming back to this one even though I have moved and now live 30 minutes from the location. She only grooms one dog at a time and listens to how you would like the haircut to look. Most places have numerous dogs being groomed at a time. She does a good job. It is a little pricey, but most places charge more (or extra, since some of things she does are not covered by the 'normal' groom). She only works with small dogs, but I am not sure what the cut-off size is. I have also taken a 25 lb dog there.

    Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center
They save my dog at least twice. I last went there when they have to remove a tumor from my dog. They're outstanding. They are actual animal hospital and their staff is very professional and they all know my dog. Their prices are reasonable and could do everything there and they don't have to send anything away, could do biopsy right there and so on. It's a full-service animal hospital. Everyone is extremely professional.

All of the animal doctors on staff, and the vet techs are terrific. They take their time giving my cat the time that is needed to perform whatever it is the he was brought in for. All of the staff is compassionate and caring. I had a cat with an extensive health history and they were able to either restore his health or give me the training needed to make his life comfortable for many years. They specialize in felines and that is worth every penny.
