    Every step of the process to replace our oil boiler and perform additional work went very smoothly. After requesting to schedule an estimate Next Gen got back to us immediately and were able to get us an appointment the next day. During the estimate visit they answered all of our questions and found several issues we had not noticed that were cheaper fixes to our heating problem than what we were expecting. They never tried to up sell or push any product or service. They were able to schedule the installation within a week. In addition to replacing our boiler, they added baseboard heating in a room and made several small repairs to other baseboards and the heating system. They were always on time and immediately reachable with any questions. The staff at Next Gen are great guys -- extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (plus our dog loved them). They finished the work ahead of schedule and under estimate. We will definitely be calling them for future service for our home. This was the best experience with home repair we've had since moving to CNY. Highly recommended.

    Joe was very professional, fair and honest. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we might have had, nothing was an effort. They replaced a 20 year old non-efficient Carrier Central AC unit with a new Amana 16 SEER high-efficiency unit, new A-Coil, a new AprilAire automatic hole-house humidifier, updated thermostat, revamped some of the duct work, and electrical wiring to make the system function correctly. The quality of work was tops, Joe did everything by the book. He would not leave until every detail was 100% attended to. They were easy to work with and the price was fair for all we had done. We would call them again if we needed their services.

    Joe was great to work with, very fair and honest when it came to pricing. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and did a great job. He removed our old Carrier AC system and replaced it with top-rated Amana 16 Seer unit, new A-Coil, an AprilAire automatic hole house humidifier, a programmable thermostat, and straightened out some old wiring and duct work issues from the last contractor of 20 years ago. Nothing was an effort for him and we are very pleased. He was prompt, very professional and would not leave the job until everything was 100%. As a contractor myself I know what to look for in another contractor and without question, Joe is tops! Did everything by the book. We would certainly hire him again should we have the need for his services.

    They forgot about us. We accidentally got lost in their paperwork. The responded quickly to come look at the job but ended up never giving us an estimate until the work was already done. The estimate was better than the company that we actually ended up using so we both lost out. I know accident happen. It just sucked that it happened this time cause I would have hired them

    We thought we were having a propane leak from our furnace. We had the propane company out and they determined it was coming from the furnace. So we called falso to come out and diagnose this. The guy had to borrow our dish soap (he didn't even have any of his own...which is common to use for gas leaks). Then as we watched where he used it, it wasn't even in the right areas. He automatically said we had a leak in the valve and we need the check switch replaced as well. He also told us to turn off propane and not use for the night. It was 11 degrees outside and so it became around 55 in our house all night. Falso called in the morning and told us it would cost $1078 to fix these two parts. We thought that seemed a little high and got our model number and found out these parts were only $303 total. Not only did we call a local part company we also spoke to two different heating and air companies and they both couldn't believe how much Falso was trying to charge us. We were also told by Falso it would only take them about an hour to install. They were charging us triple the price of parts. After we already paid $100 on top of that for the misdiagnosis. With that said we called suburban propane back out and had them do a pressure test and sniff test again on furnace and they showed that the valve was absolutely not leaking (matter of fact they said it looked new) , valve switch was not bad and tha the pilot was a tad loose and leaking a small amount of propane which was easily detectable if he would have sprayed it was soap to see the bubbles. They also mentioned that even that tad bit wouldn't leave an odor in our vents because as soon as valves ignite it shuts off. He also tested the entire valve and not one bubble appeared. He also did a pressure test and it showed nothing. Also that night when Falso rep was put to our home we asked him about a smell in our vent and if that was a propane smell and he said yes probably what we are smelling since we had the leak. Well guess what pest guy came today because of that smell we were smelling and it was a dead mouse. We are just shocked by misdiagnosis they gave us. We will never use this company again and feel they tried to take advantage of us. Not only that but they put our family under a lot of stress telling us that we could have had an explosion. They also told us we shouldn't use our heat and we froze all night long and worried about our pipes freezing. I will also be leaving a bbb complaint on this company. We want our money back for the service call. This was a big misdiagnosis on their part and could have cost us a lot of money and damage.
