They didn't fix my problem and they charged a lot of money. I wouldn't go back to them. I have a drain in my basement that supposedly a year prior they had cleaned out and said it was good. I had them come back and they charged me $400 and told me it couldn't be done because there was too much stone and sediment down there. I paid them for getting nothing done. They overcharged. They took advantage of the situation. The water was running back down into the basement and it was raining. It was a really rainy spring and my basement was flooding and that was the whole point of getting the basement waterproofed. So they overcharged.

I called to make sure they would still be able to come and the receptionist said they would be able to make it, even though it was after 6 pm. I have never had my pipes freeze so I was unsure what to expect or do but I knew the basics of opening my cupboards and under the sink, applying space heaters there and under the crawl space. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Our pipes froze. I called immediately as soon as we found out which was early in the day, but they did not arrive until after 8 pm. I called to have the pipes unfrozen as I have a child 1 year old and I knew that I would need them to come quickly before it was too late. In their defense it was probably the coldest night of the year and I am sure they were busy.

I had a plumbing project to do at my house, went to turn off the main water supply to the house only to find that the main shut off did not close completely. My problem took place late at night and I did not who to call. I called this company because they advertised 24-hour service. There is no way my furnace could have been dirty because the furnace was practically new. They were prompt and everything, but I don't think the tech really knew what he was doing. He really did not do anything, I have never heard of anybody dusting the inside of a furnace....

I used TJ's Plumbing & Heating to clean and inspect my parents' furnace because it would not come on. He did get the heat running again but said nothing was wrong and that the furnace only needed cleaning.
