    Bill Card, the proprietor, detailed my wife's car as a birthday present from me. He charged a reasonable price and did amazing work. The car, of course, looked showroom perfect. The following year, I offered to repeat the same gift, and my wife No, wait another year, because water still beads and blows off, and the interior still looks great. I've recommended him several times. We stopped at his lot another time while car shopping for me. One of his staff showed us possibilities. Though we didn't buy, we were pleased to have been shown reasonable options at decent prices with no pressure. And the sales person was very knowledgeable.

    Service was fine, alignment was done correctly. Was disappointed to learn the caster is not adjustable on a 2011 Sentra, but that is by design, and the dealer did inform me of the fact, after the alignment. I was satisfied with the service overall, and the price was reasonable.

    When I called back, I explained to the salesman that I'd received only 1 quote lower than his, by about $250.  He seemed shocked by that, but said he'd like to have an hour to ask his manager about beating it, and I agreed.  He called back within 1 hour, and explained that they just couldn't meet that particular deal, but he'd be glad to sell me the car at the price he had quoted, should something not work out with the other dealer. In the end, I did buy the car from the other dealer, at exactly the price I'd been quoted.  The deal was so good, though, that I went in extremely skeptical.  If they tried to add any extra costs, I was planning to go directly to Joseph Toyota to buy the car. I appreciated the Joseph Toyota Salesman's professionalism, and I feel like he was very up-front with me.  Though I didn't buy that car from him, I'll very likely be in the market for another Toyota within the next year, and I'll definitely be contacting him for a quote.

    I went in on a Monday, and they called me the following morning to let me know the bank approved me for the lease. I then went in that evening to sign paperwork and pick up the car! Everything went smoothly, and everyone there is very professional. I love my new car!!!

    We had a good experience. They were very responsive to find a car that was what we were looking up. They fixed it up, so it looks like new and it was all positive. My husband had identified a specific car that he was looking for and a specific brand and model. He went in and told them. They actually went to an auction and bought something for him to look at. The person who showed him the car seemed to be very knowledgeable and told him exactly what they did to prepare the car for the sale and what the price would be. They seemed very competent and very honest. It was a go in price. There was no problem with the punctuality.

    Excellent! The CEL ended being (2) sensors that needed to be replaced totaling $580, but were covered under my service contract for a $100 deductible. The oil change and tire rotation were standard fare, so no complaints there. G****, the service advisor, is always great to deal with and very responsive and quick with any estimates and is great in dealing with my service contract company. Simmons-Rockwell also has a GM rewards program which I used for a $50 discount off my bill. So, my $650+ bill ended up being just under a $100. Great service and great work, always!

    We like them. We bought a new car but we had used them to buy a used car when my grandson got his license. We went back because they have always been good. They are very helpful and very courteous. They help you if you need help or they just let you look if you just want to look. We met a lot of people there. We will definitely use them again. We like how they display their prices.
