Apaintworks.nycI highly recommend Paintworks and Decorating to anyone in the New York area looking for a reliable and high quality partner to complete a renovation project of any kind. I met Ricky and Ryan a couple times to discuss the scope and budget for the project. Their pricing was extremely fair and transparent. Most important, the bulk of the project had to be completed during a two week window while I was out of the country. I took a leap of faith that Paintworks would get the job done properly and on time without any in person supervision, and needless to say it paid off. As with any project, the last 5% took the most time to complete (not Paintworks' fault). Ricky and Ryan actively followed up with me on a daily basis until every single punchlist item was complete and I was 100% satisfied. My project included: *Removal and replacement of all interior doors, trim and baseboards *Stripping of ~100 years of paint from interior and exterior door frames *Design and build of custom radiator covers with build in storage *Wiring Cat6, Coax and FIOS throughout apartment *Moving and adding electrical outlets *Paint job on walls and ceilings *Misc. cleanup of ~100 year old apartment features to look brand new- Sam L.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. AGreg did many jobs in my house- removed a load bearing wall, lay tiles for a new floor, drywall, removing a door, custom building closet cabinets, custom building a kitchen island. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction. The last job he did for me was to paint existing kitchen cabinets which ran into a problem with the paint colors not coming out right from the store. It took some time but he came back to the end with the last being the 6th time to make it right. I would definitely hire Greg again because he produces jobs that are high quality and long lasting solutions.
