    I unconditionally recommend Depalo and Sons to anyone in need of auto body repairs. The work they do is unparalleled in every detail. You can tell there���s nothing to worry about as soon as you step into their office. There���s not a speck of dust out of place and one of the first things you���ll notice is all their certificates and certifications from various automotive associations and manufactures. These things say a lot, as current automotive technology requires those involved to stay current with their education and training to maintain sustainability. Furthermore, you���ll always receive a straightforward and logical explanation of what needs to be done with your vehicle to restore it to its original factory specifications. In short, at Depalo, you���ve got a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and advanced knowledge of current automotive technology, along with a sense of pride in all work performed.

    It was terrible. Owners are liars and crooks. They flood you with emails making you believe that your car will be ready and then make excuses for days as to why it is not ready. They are unprofessional, do not care about your business. Owners called to and threatened me. Do not be pressured by Geico to use this location. It is not more convenient and the claims person is not there and does not oversee operations.

    When my daughter got into an accident, we got three estimates. DePalo was the least expensive (by 15 - 20%) but that wasn't the only reason we chose them. They were rated highly on Angie's list and their rep. was very professional and accommodating when we first met. Another autobody shop we went to for an estimate called us "dolls" and was otherwise condescending (I assume) because we were women. The third had an office rep. who was abrasive and rude and seemed annoyed by our request for an estimate. Happily, DePalo's lived up to its Angie's List reputation. The rep. answered all of our questions (and there were many), he returned our car when promised and, most importantly, did an amazing job. Admittedly, we didn't need a huge amount of work done but DePalo's work was of excellent quality. There was no sign that our car was ever in an accident, and they even went the extra mile by vacuuming out the interior (even though the interior had no work done on it). I hope never to need another autobody shop, but I'll return to DePalo & Sons if I do.

    Phenomenal! Curtis (owner) and Anthony (manager) were super friendly and professional. All other staff I interacted with were sweet and polite too. Delivery was two weeks instead of three and my car looked perfect, both inside and outside, when I picked it up. Would recommend this place any day.

    They could not have been more pleasant, professional, and responsive from start to finish.  The work was beautiful.  It was miserable having to spend the money (I did the damage myself), but they made it as painless as possible!

    The manager Michelle and Brian stepped me through the entire process. They took care of getting me a rental car and made all the phone calls to the insurance company. They promised the car repair work in 2 weeks and it was finished in 1 week. The car looks great and I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them in the future.

    The staff was extremely helpful immediately upon me contacting them and taking my car in. Their work was excellent, they dealt with the insurance company, went out of their way to take me to the rental car company, and the car looks better than when I got it new from the dealer. I am very happy with such a professional service provider that really did their best to put me at ease from beginning to end. I will be taking all my future auto body repairs to Rand R Auto. They are a family business that cares about their customers and they really did a great job!!!

    He has just been great and generous with me because I have very high deductibles so there was no problem.  He got the car back and it was in better shape, it looked better, it was clean and it was everything.  He is very reasonable.

    I had called a friend to pick me up from Keri and take me into work. She forgot me, but Keri had Oscar take me to work. When I called later around 12:15, Stella (at the front desk) dispatched Oscar to get me. I was told it would be a few hours before the car was ready.
    It wasn't a few hours -- within 45 minutes of my being there, the car was ready. The car was also washed and vacuumed as it was the last time I brought it in.
    Everyone there is polite and "customer-oriented." I really like their returning a clean car to me -- very unexpected!
