"I had come back to finish connecting some rooms in my house by Ethernet cable. He was able to go through my attic and connect the rooms." As usual, the work looks great and all the connections work without a problem. Knowledgeable and able to come up with the right solution for the situation. He connected 4 rooms through my attic dropping the lines down the wall, and he also ran one connection from a main floor room through my basement. It only took him a few hours to complete the work. He came on time and didn't leave a mess. The connection panels look great and were labeled as needed. I will continue to use for other electronic projects in the future.

"we've had the service for three months with virtually no loss of connectivity. The service had been consistent for streaming video. The cost is competitive" for the service provided. Since we haven't had any interruptions in service, we haven't had to call customer service. Installation was painless. They make fun of satellite services raising their rates. What a lie they are even worst than them. They raised my bill with the same options from 160 dollar to 210 in two years. They know they can do it because they are the only one providing the cable service in Massachusetts. The least they can do is not making fun of others ...More providers in their advertisement

is supposed to provide my landline internet and cable. I have had problems with all three.
The landline has gone out numerous times. The internet speed is not fast and the internet often goes out.
When watching television my channels often freeze up or just go black. I am constantly having to reboot the modem/set ...More top box. I have had for quite awhile and have had to deal with their Customer Service.
It is next to impossible to get a technician to come out. I cannot recommend or . I have had both.

Do NOT use ! Their customer service technology is still in the DARK AGES! I’m a long time customer.
expects me to use TWO different User Id's. Sometimes I need and other times it's FVOLKING.
Both ID's have different passwords! ...More One connects to my bill. The other logs me onto their internet TV portal. "sometimes" one ID works with services like CNN.GO and HBO.GO but more often than not, I get "There was a problem retrieving your customer details from your provider, please try again later." Plus, for some things I'm REQUIRED to use 's email server, like @Mygrande.net ... I don't want another email address! Do you want In-Your-Face-PROOF? see- https://password.mygrande.net... TO RESET MY PASSWORD I MUST KNOW MY PASSWORD! Aaaarrrggghhh! DARK AGES!

it went ok until I found out that they didnt bother to program the remote control. Programming the remote is very important because you really cant do much otherwise. Dish network is SO much better. they know what it means to provide service and they understand the business that they are in. When I called charter to complain, they were willing to say ...More they were sorry but when I complained that their technicians werent properly trained, they apparently did not agree that their technicians needed to be trained or that they should be accountable, because their continuous response was that they were sorry. If the installation isnt done correctly it should be free. That might motivate the company to do things the right way. When I have to call after the fact and then complete the steps myself that makes it not worth my money anymore.

We don't even know what's going on. The equipment that I had was dialing out on its own and we didn't even know. I have had 3 sets within a 2 month period and it's just not working out. Now I've been waiting for 3 days and they still haven't come back out.

We use and a lot of their things were bad but in the past a couple of months the dealings we had with them were significantly more satisfactory. This past week, it wasn't like you are on hold for half an hour and then they tell you we will call you back which has been in the past which makes me crazy, it wasn't like ...More that the last couple of times that I talked to them. The cost monthly is very high to me it is way too high. They were effective and reasonably efficient in dealing with the problem that I had. I have been using them for at least 15 years. If a friend or family member asked about them then I would say that they are expensive, very, very expensive. They were overall good. We have been using them for years.

Technician and installation great inside the home. All equipment working great. Internet speed acceptable.
They needed to bury a cable from the access point to the side of my house. We called miss utility and they sprayed the ground with paint to show where things were. Then came and buried the cable through my back yard ...More and around the house the long way, ignoring the miss utility markings and killing the new SOD that WAS JUST PUT DOWN. There is a big dead line of grass where they buried the cable. They did that because they were lazy and selfish and it was easier than doing it right and going through the front yard.
Problem: You don't get really any decent cable channels in your service. It's designed to force you to buy the most expensive packages, just to get things like TCM, or AMC, or Cooking Channel. Give me a break... we have NONE of those channels, and we're paying 170.00 month.

Very satisfied with all work performed. They were neat, didn't make unnecessary holes in the wall, etc. This is an older home with lots of current and old wiring. They were able to figure which wires were still active and rewired to receive best internet signal. They tested internet connectivity, each tv and phone in the house to make sure they ...More were all working before they left. It has been a few weeks and the internet is much faster and tvs have better pictures.
