He fixed what the other contractor did poorly. He offered suggestions for improvement. He and his workers were always on time and never left the site messy. He even did additional things we hadn't even asked for. Milton was such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire him again as he provides thorough and quality work.

Poorly. Parts of the patio are starting to sink. The seeded lawn washed away. I hired someone else to put right what he did wrong. The stucco on the foundation was about the only thing done right. I wished I had before and after pictures.

I was extremely happy and impressed with the service, the workers, and the process. It was never a burden to have them working in the yard; they were courteous, professional, creative, and they did what they could to meet my needs at all times. I immediately referred them to my next door neighbor and they had an equally positive experience. I will continue to use Red Cedar for all of my outdoor projects.

Was beyond impressed with the work Rhett and his crew did. Always started the job early and would work well past 5 pm if needed. Quality of the work was impressive considering the scope of the job. They also finished in less time than anticipated. The concept that Rhett came up with based on what we had asked for was above and beyond what we would expect in improving our backyard. We will absolutely be using Rhett and his team in the future.

The project took a few days but at no time were we inconvenienced in any way. The lawn and affected area were filled, raked, rocks removed, and seeded. In a week or two, won't even know he was there. I would recommend him for any excavation or septic repair/replacement work.

The final result far exceeded my expectations. You could tell that the quality and artistry of the work was top notch. It is now much more solidly built and even has a luxury flare to it. On top of that, Rhett's team completed the work quickly in 3 days and left the area in pristine shape. He also provides a lifetime guarantee on his work.

My wall began to lean and separate in 2007. I reached out to Jorge in 2007 thru 2009 to have him fix it. He stated he would and never came back to fix it. The wall begat to fail significantly in 2015. I asked Jorge to fix it he anted $8,000.00 to fix the job that wasn't done properly. I disassembled the wall my self. I paid for 3 layers of Geogrid as per my contract and received only one with very little gravel to backfill the wall.. The wall failed at where the geogrid was installed. Jorge stated he cant warrantee his work forever. I never received what I paid for nor did he come back to fix the wall during the warrantee period, I have email support to prove it where he apologizes for not getting to it.

I called for an estimate, made an appointment for July 11. No one ever showed up and I didn't receive a phone call. My time is valuable as well as yours and I changed my schedule around so that I could have this appointment. Very disappointed in the lack on professionalism.

Amazing well.  Brandon gave me an estimate that was correct to the dollar amount we agreed upon.  He also was very good about showing me a breakdown of each part of the project so I could see exactly where his estimate was calculated from.  The time frame he gave me was also exact.  When he came to work he talked with me through each stage of the project, asking me what I thought about his progress, what I wanted him to do and then he did it. His ability to use the excavator is amazing.  I had a garden and multiple trees and he could easily drive the machine and each part to quickly excavate, dig out, and grade the entire area quickly and efficiently.  When I needed him to move some large boulders to make the wall, he did it with the excavator.  His worker he had with him was very polite and respectful to make little boys who just wants to watch them work with the machines.  Brandon made sure the kids were always safely far enough away but sitting where they could see him work.  They worked quickly and even stopped to explain to me how to correctly use the sprinklers so I could water the new lawn correctly.  I can't wait to call him again for any other projects I may do in the future.  Also, even after working all day, he went next door to my neighbor who asked him to look at his lawn with a similar project.  I will recommend his company for any landscaping project, or anything he can do on my property.  I can't recommend him enough.  My wife and I have other projects we have talked about doing on our property in the future, and I now know the one company I will be contacting for any of my landscaping and excavating needs.

We met with the arborist at his place of business and he stopped by that evening to assess the trees in question. He called us an hour later with the estimate for services. We agreed immediately to hire them and scheduled for the work to be done a few days later. They showed up on time with the necessary equipment and went straight to work. The dead elm trees were felled and all debris was chipped. We asked for the wood to be stacked in the woods, and they did this for us. The diagnosis was failure due to Dutch elm disease. One tree with a dead branch will be trimmed in the fall or early winter. That one and the other 3 healthy elms are going to be treated with injections to help prevent them from Dutch elm (have already OK'd the upcoming work). The Royal maple was elevated and select branches were removed. The white pine has several issues. It was also elevated and select branches removed. We will continue to monitor the health of the tree since there is new growth appearing. Diagnosed with adelgids, spittle bugs, possible fungus and since it is near the road, possibly salt damage. Fertilizer spikes were recommended and I will perform that duty. The damaged maple was taken down. He climbed the tree and dropped all branches before finally cutting the trunk. It appears the tree was beginning to rot. Neighbor wanted the wood and they accommodated by setting aside the pieces he indicated and then chipped the rest. All trimmings were chipped and they raked and leaf-blew to tidy up. We opted to not have the stumps ground although this was a service that was offered. We were beyond thrilled with this company. Prompt, professional service. Nice employees. Dedication to their work. Not once did I see anyone on a cell phone either talking or texting. Follow up was prompt and courteous. As indicated above, we have already contracted to have the elm trees serviced and later this year we'll have the dead branch removed. All questions were answered or researched as needed. Pricing was great, especially considering the work needing to be done. So very happy to have Alpine Tree Service in our area. We'll continue to use them and hope others will, too!
