    If you are thinking of choosing this school for your most precious gift; your child, I would refrain from that decision. So far in the year and a half that i have had my son in this terrible school they have given him medication without informing or asking me. My son has also in the infant class fractured his foot and they didnt notice even though he was scream hysterically when i picked him up. I noticed the second we got home. Finally, my decision to pull him out (should have done it a long time ago) was that they gave him cinnamon when I have told him that he has a severe allergy to cinnamon. They told me they didnt have it documented anywhere. (I have told the director numerous times, plus i have told the teachers and the owner and the director told me that she would take care of it and not to worry). When I have questioned them about above instances the director especially but the owner too get very defensive and ARGUE with me. They are negligent and that can cause serious consequences to a child. Dont let it be your child! If anyone would like to speak about this further feel free to call me 845-891-9051.

    Office staff and dental hygienist were very friendly and professional.  The appointment started about 15 minutes late.  The dentist was professional but I didn't get a sense that he was truly listening to my concerns.  The quality of the cleaning and subsequent dental work was very good.

    Their driver dropped off oxygen tanks and a large compressor for the house very quickly.  He was told to use the tanks until the portable compressor comes in which would take a few weeks.  In the five months he was using Lincare, they never give him the small compressor.  I called week after week after week and always got the same story.  "I will look into it and call you back within the week."  They never called and I would have to call again.  The woman in the Newburgh office that was assigned to my husband's case was very nasty and she was very difficult to deal with.  After waiting three months, in December they told me he had to be tested for the portable compressor so a man was sent to the house.  This was not necessary because because his doctor already approved him for the portable compressor.  I feel it was just another reason to stall.  Finally after waiting five months, I returned the equipment, canceled the account and went with another company.  I am happy to say he now has the portable compressor and it has made a big difference in his life.  People like my husband depend on a company like this for their oxygen and the way I was treated was terrible.  I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

    I have been able to get in and out quickly for routine cleanings. Dr. Stier takes the time during exams to answer my questions and explain the pros and cons of different treatment options. Being able to get dental work done under sedation was the primary reason I selected Dr. Stier. I have had good experience both times I have used the sedation option for dental work. Their costs seem high but they have done a reasonable job working with the insurance company to reduce my out of pocket costs.

    I've been going Brian Perralta for probably 20 years. As a matter of fact, I recommended him to all of my friends and they are all very happy and they're still going with him too. I take certain drops for it. He's excellent. He's got every state of the art machines at his office. The girls that are at the desl are the most courteous girls I've ever met and I'm in love with all of them. Just to show you a good example, my regular doctor prescribing my eye drops and I belong Medco and I've been with them a long time, the prescriptions usually were like each prescription was for three months supply plus two week so about every nine months, when I'd have to renew a prescription again, he called in to get me checked. I cancelled with him, I said "look, how many times have I told you, stop sending me these eye drops one bottle a month at the time, it's a pain in the butt" because if I ran out then I got to run down and see if I can get some. I went to Perralta's within the last week and said "look, can you send the prescription so that the three months for two refills?" Two days later, I got my prescription in the mail, that's how good they were. He's number one. I have no problems whatsoever.

    I don't always get taken on time, but I don't have to wait a long time either.  The doctor's assistant performs some tests before I see the doctor.  Then major tests are performed by the doctor.

    I have been a patient of dr. Gross and Flores for over 20 years. I have always been satisfied with cleanings and fillings, crowns done by dr. Gross or dr. Flores. I cannot speak to other dentists in the group. I have not used them for root canal, I hope to a specialist for that.

    I am having recurring sciatic pain that was not going away with exercise and stretches so felt I should see a doctor. Orthopedic Associates is a huge organization with multiple offices, one of which is right down the street so seemed like a good place to start. I was not seen by a doctor, but by a Physician's Assistant. On the first visit, I spent about 10min. with the PA who prescribed an anti-inflammatory for a week, and suggested a follow-up. I was charged a $30 co-pay, but at my next visit found out they charged my insurance company $333. I have been 2 more times, including an MRI and still have not seen a doctor.
    Orthopedic Associates also has a physical therapy unit. I was willing to use them to start physical therapy because I assumed they could use my MRI and the findings they already have to help guide my therapy. However, when I asked about that, I was told they just use a set routine for back pain. I can get that off the internet. I will search for another place for physical therapy.
    The whole experience is very impersonal. The receptionists are not particularly friendly and it just feels like they're trying to crank you through the system.
