  • I've been going Brian Perralta for probably 20 years. As a matter of fact, I recommended him to all of my friends and they are all very happy and they're still going with him too. I take certain drops for it. He's excellent. He's got every state of the art machines at his office. The girls that are at the desl are the most courteous girls I've ever met and I'm in love with all of them. Just to show you a good example, my regular doctor prescribing my eye drops and I belong Medco and I've been with them a long time, the prescriptions usually were like each prescription was for three months supply plus two week so about every nine months, when I'd have to renew a prescription again, he called in to get me checked. I cancelled with him, I said "look, how many times have I told you, stop sending me these eye drops one bottle a month at the time, it's a pain in the butt" because if I ran out then I got to run down and see if I can get some. I went to Perralta's within the last week and said "look, can you send the prescription so that the three months for two refills?" Two days later, I got my prescription in the mail, that's how good they were. He's number one. I have no problems whatsoever.

  • I don't always get taken on time, but I don't have to wait a long time either.  The doctor's assistant performs some tests before I see the doctor.  Then major tests are performed by the doctor.

  • Eye exam went fine. I use Empire Vision Centers only because they are convenient and take my insurance. Their selection of frames are usually pretty decent. I will probably switch over to a private office at some point, though.

  • The surgery went quite well. I have been going there probably for 15 years. You are not sitting in their office all day waiting to see a doctor. If ever there is a cancellation of your appointment, the staff will take as much time as you need to discuss whatever problems you are having. I really have no complaints about anything that has happened there over the last 15 years. My doctor retired and the person that took over my case was well briefed.

  • I made an appointment with Dr. Linda Kleinhenz on a whim.  (I had just walked out of another Optometrist- East Fishkill Eye Association, don't go there. They are mercenary, in it strictly for the money, not for patient care.)  I had gone to East Fishkill Eye Assoc. for a routine annual eye exam and to ask about hard contact lenses. Dr's Deborah Roodner and Vicki Chenarides told me they didn't think hard lenses were an option because of the LASIK, but would seek someone who would know better (gee, I could do that myself). Then they proceeded to fit me with soft lenses that were completely inadequate, if not dangerous.  I couldn't make out street signs, etc. I actually went home and put in my old contact lenses. Obviously I didn't go back to East Fishkill Eye Associates.I made an appointment with Dr. Linda Kleinhenz with little optimism, but I don't give up easily. I told her I had LASIK surgery and I was not satisfied with the erratic vision of soft contacts. I told her that I wanted hard lenses. Dr. Linda basically said,"No problem."  That is the short of a longer story. Suffice it to say that Dr. Linda fitted me with hard lenses after just three visits. I CAN SEE AGAIN !!!  I have not had such vision clarity in years!  Keep in mind that for years I've been told that hard contacts were not an option. For me, this is a small miracle. She has changed my life, or at least my point of view! For you, Dr. Linda is a professional, friendly and knowledgable Optometrist.  She always has a pleasant demeanor.  Her office is never over-booked, so no long waits.  Her assistant, Lorraine, is wonderful.  She truly cares about you. Recently I made an appointment for glasses.  Lorraine helped me pick the right pair and she wouldn't give up until we found the right one.  I mean, we were there for about an hour!!  I loved the attention.  It didn't feel like they just wanted to give me any pair of glasses and out the door you go.I am fortunate to have found Dr. Linda's office and I wanted to share my good fortune with you.  If you're looking for assembly line Optometry, go to Lens Crafters.  If you want good old fashion family care and individual attention from your eye doctor, to to Dr. Linda.

  • Went in for my yearly eye exam.  The nurse performed a few tests before I was seen by the doctor.  Sometimes I have to wait a little while to be seen by the doctor, but not too long.  The doctor always asks about the family.  I have been going to her for many years as well as my son and husband.  She's like an old friend.  She is very thorough in the exam.  When she is done I see the nurse again to pick new glasses.  The nurse takes her time with this to make sure I am happy with my choices.  I am always satisfied when I leave there.  They follow up with me when the glasses arrive.  I then return and they make necessary adjustments to the glasses to make sure they fit properly.

  • I arrived on time for my appointment. We took care of the insurance information.  Shortly thereafter I was ushered into an examination room to take several tests.  After the tests I returned to the waiting room to await the doctor.  A short time passes before the doctor called me into her office. We discussed my concerns and the reason for my visit.  She performed several more tests and examined photographs of my eyes.  She assured me that my vision was good.  that I just needed help with reading and that the quality of my sight was age appropriate. That concluded our visit.
I returned to the fitting room to select frames and that concluded the initial visit.
Approx. a week later my glasses were ready.  The office notified me and I returned to fit my new glasses.  They were perfect. End of story.

  • I have been seeing this eye doctor since the 1980s.  She is friendly and professional, with the latest cutting edge equipment.  The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.  They have the latest in glasses frames to pick from.  Some of this can be quite pricey but very nice.  Orders are filled quickly.   My husband and son visit this doctor as well.

  • Very punctual office. Thorough exam and helpful staff. Love the new technology that takes a digital image of my eye! The opticians were very knowledgeable about the frame selection and helping me choose a frame that complemented my face.
