DPumpkin Hill Farm Lawn CareHired Pumpkin Hill to hydro seed my lawn......I expected to have nice green grass after but, instead I have a bunch of bare spots & Jason, the guy from Pumpkin Hill, just made it seem like I was being a nuisance every time I tried to address this with him! As it was, I called him & left him a voicemail....I never heard back from him & after a week & a half I called him back & left ANOTHER voicemail & when he finally got back to me, he acted like I was a huge bother to him!! He was extremely rude on the phone, so I ended up telling him not to come back & that I would have to hire someone else to fix what he did!! VERY rude & VERY unprofessional!! I only called him twice & he made me feel like I was a total bother to him.....as a customer, that’s not a good feeling!! Would NOT recommend!!- Shayla W.

AThat Handy AndyI contacted Andy to power wash the house and deck, as well as for some deck repair and spring yard cleanup. Andy was fairly priced, and great to work with. He was reliable and dependable, and also communicated in a timely fashion, which was important given that my project was for a rental property in a different state. And he did a GREAT job! He made the whole process really easy. I'd highly recommend Andy as I'd definitely hire him again myself when the need arises.- Cara D.

AThe Lawn Care Co.Dave Whitbeck showed up on time for the initial consultation in May. I selected him out of three very similarly priced quotes. He appeared very honest and easy to work with. We put everything in writing in a contract including a one year guarantee on all trees. He gave me a 3-4 week lead time for scheduling. He showed up the week in June he had promised and completed all work to my satisfaction. All costs were as agreed with no over charges. I have since hired him again for some additional work. AFrom the initial call I was very impressed with Mr. McCarthy's professionalism. He answered the call right away and after discussing the initial work needed and pricing we set up a time to come out and take a look at what I needed done. He was prompt in coming out. We discussed the work and price and made arrangements to schedule the work. I was very pleased with the work done and the pricing. If he needed to reschedule due to weather or delays on another job, he made sure to contact me right away. He always answered calls right away or got back to me as soon as he was able to. Which was greatly appreciated. I am very pleased with the work done. I am planning to have Mr. McCarthy do more work for me and would recommend him highly.

ABryan was so easy to work with, friendly and conscientious. He's done a great job cleaning out the basement, which would have taken me so much longer on my own. We have a cat allergic to mold and mites, so it's great for her but we're all breathing easier. I'll definitely keep him in mind for other projects.

AWe live out of the area and have used Keith's Handyman many times to help with repairs to a family member's home. He has done roof repairs, door/framing replacements, and a bathroom remodel. We also hired him to do leaf and snow removal. All projects and services were great. His team is prompt, courteous, and takes pride in their work. We trust him to do the job right, and to do it on time and on budget. We highly recommend Ketih's Handyman and will work with them again.

FI contacted customer service to send a tech out to my property and treat for brown patch and no one came by. When I called to follow up the representative informed me that they had attempted to contact me and inquire about the problem but since I apparently did not answer, they never sent a tech out. Why would I need to explain the problem to a lawn care company who I am certain would know the details and treatment of brown patch. My lawn looks terrible as it has only gotten worse with the lack of response from TruGreen. I will not be using them next year.
