DEarley ContractingHis under the table crew were punctual. She asked to paint the & fix the eves, put a new walk in door & fix a gap in the garage floor. He talked her into siding, ( more exsensive) neglected to fix the gap ( main reason for calling him) only put one eves up (2 sides to the house, duh) put the door in opposite way it was. I've called him to address the issues a few times, says **** be back " next week" hasn't ( or wont?) come back. It seems hes taken advantage of an elderly person. I would not recommend his sevices, unless you like being ripped off.- Maureen U.

I would highly advise anyone looking to employ this individual to ask around and speak face to face ( in detail) with trustworthy references (NOT FRIENDS)) about their experience in the Schoharie county area with this person. The price was very attractive...but our experience with this person was beyond terrible and ended in us filing legal claims for our money back- which we received before our court date.. In essence- she had our money for over a year. There are many others in the exact same boat that we know of- we are still pursuing legal action for court costs. Beware.- Len D.

AETC Home ImprovementHe did the job without any problems, he even did an extra power washing of my outdoor furniture. He noticed additional rot and made repairs. He is coming back to do some masonry. Overall a stress free experience for me. I just misunderstood the estimate and he trusted me unlike many who want to be paid in advance and than leave quickly he did all work. I need a touch up on my back door but he said call him and he will return.- Meryl N.

AMy initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free.

ASuperior Exteriors saved my front porch. My house came with a front porch addition that had started to sag away from the house. I asked Kim if it could be saved. Her crew dug out all of the supports, replaced them and shored up the porch against the house again. Superior also replaced my roof. It required a complete tear off with 3 layers of shingles on it. I was happy with the price for the amount of work involved. Plus pleasantly surprised at how well the crew cleaned up after they where done. I originally contacted Superior because it is a woman owned business. I was pleasantly surprised in her competitive pricing backed up by excellent work. Whenever I need work done to my house inside or out Superior is who I call.

ACame to work on time, did a quality job, answered my questions and concerns completely. For this job, painting aluminum siding, Shades of Gray had the most detailed and best explanation of how the job would be done. By comparison other painting companies seemed to leave out a critical step or do the work in a way that made me question the quality of the end result. Shades of Gray inspired the most confidence that the job would be done right.

BDan did a great job with kitchen cabinets and bathroom walls. Pricing was reasonable and he is an easy-going guy. However, Clean up was not very good in the bathroom, and when reaching out to receive a receipt that was requested, when we had to paid promptly, he didn't send one. He has not returned phone calls and texts for months after request. Which is too bad, I would have hired him again.:-(
