    Service personnel was better than expected although they arrived almost at the end of the "window" time frame I was given.  That was the only downfall.

    M&D came recommended through the contractor we had hired to do our kitchen.  We wanted all the carpet ripped out of upstairs bedrooms and a a room downstairs, and replaced with hardwoods.  First, we got a very competitive per-square foot price, a little less than another company (Walk on Wood) that we got an estimate from.  I don't remember what it was, exactly.  The work was done very quickly, and the floors look great.  They even stained the wood to match the existing wood floor.

    They have been good. The only problem I had was during the change over, I had a lot of dropped calls. Since then I haven't had any problems with dropped calls. I really like them.

    I was unhappy with the cost of my monthly bill. I wanted to upgrade to a smartphone but keep unlimited texting. I had been afraid of the bill skyrocketing by adding a smartphone data plan so I'd been sticking with a traditional flip phone. I voiced my concern at the atand t store in Destiny USA. The employee told me about a new family plan that would actually lower our bill and allow me to have the smartphone I wanted. It lowered our bill by $80 per month! He found me an inexpensive, but great phone. And was supper knowledgeable about the products. The only reason I marked them down on certain things was the fact that I was in the store for more than 2 hours. An hour and half of it was actually completing the upgrade and billing change. They were a tad unprofessional in the respect that they seemed to forget I was a customer and not their friend. The trainee did the work and the trainer texted friends or whatever. Over all it worked out well in my favor. It made me recommit.

    I have been using Verizon for seven years. I don't have any problem with them. I think they are great. Overall, I am grading them an A. I am also going to use them in the future.

    Omar promptly told me what the repair would be and associated costs and that he'd be willing to sell me a new phone (same model) for the same amount the repair would cost. I opted for the new phone. He moved all the contact information over to new phone. Omar is the same person my daughter and I bought our cell plan through. He was very  informative and knew that my daughters employer's discount was more than my employers discount by a good percentage. Therefore we put the account under my daughters name so that we'd benefit from the higher savings. He does not pressure sell and helps find the best phone for you and what your willing to pay. Repair is on-site therefore saving the time that would be for shipping to and from places. They have various used phones on-site that can be purchased at a discount. A TV and couch in store if you choose to wait for repairs. Friendly, honest, and excellent repair. Highly recommend.

    I have always been happy with their service and find their staff to very knowledgeable and helpful. I find their upgrades are very good. My husband had a problem with his phone and they took care of it very quickly.

    I talked to them less than a month ago when I went over to see if they had anything to get me a cheaper bill. He said yeah and he put me on what was called a GoSmart. I am going to go back and put it back on T-Mobile. I don't like how I have to pay for my phone.

    I haven't had to deal with them that much. My wife has and my daughter. I think they've been okay with us. I don't remember my wife complaining about it. I've never had any dropped calls when I've been out and about. It costs $180 per month for four phones. Their price is competitive.

    The reason why we are with Verizon is we have the best coverage. We hardly ever lose calls. There are a couple of dead spots when we're travelling but in our area, it's nonexistent. Our internet service is fast. It downloads applications and GPS quickly. There's nothing that I don't like about them. It's a good and solid service. When we had to go to a Verizon Center, they've been fine.
