AAll Weather GuardShowed up when they said they would... Erick the foreman was awesome. Took the time to explain everything that they was going to do. He even did a fast roof inspection while he was up there. The crew was fast, efficient and super clean . AFajardo General Contractor Corp.Erick Fajardo was responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our budget. We painted the stucco, replaced and painted rotted trim, replaced rotted decking on one deck with great-looking and long lasting composite. To save money, we stained but did not replace the rails that were in good shape and deferred more work on a second deck. When the rotted window, one of a matching pair, turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer, Erick painstakingly rebuilt the window in his shop. While they were working on the house, Erick's crew cleaned the gutters and made some other minor repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost very fair. I would highly recommend Fajardo General Contracting.- Janet S.

AWildlife Tree & Landscaping ServicePatric came out on short notice to clean the gutters before a storm. Trimmed all the shrubs in front of the house and cut back some brush. FGary came out out for an estimate and evaluate the siding. I waited t4 or 5 days to get the estimate. Never got anything so I called the office. They said they would email it. Made sure they had the right email address. Never got anything. I called a again a few days later and was told Gary would get back to me. Never got anything. The next week I texted Gary and he told me he would take care of it. 3-4 weeks have gone by since the initial visit but still haven’t received anything an estimate.

DI have hired this firm for several yrs and have been generally satisfied with their work and price. I again set up an appt for gutter cleaning but was not present when they arrived. Upon my return home leaves were strewn across my front yard which I had just finished cleaning so I knew it was their poor clean-up. I called to voice my displeasure with assurances they would come back to finish the job which I would have found acceptable but no one returned. Very frustrating. I would not recommend hiring this firm!
