Lighting Installation reviews in Holbrook

This went great. I got a quote over the phone. They showed up on time, were neat, respectful of my property, took the time to explain things. They found some wiring issues with my current wiring and provided an additional quote to correct. I decided to have the additional work done as well to be safe. I had a broken bulb removed from an exterior fixture, two exterior fixtures replaced, two Ring doorbells installed (both with new lines run), two bathroom fans/lights replaced (one needed venting to the outside which they did), two new lines for upgraded amps in both bathrooms with GFCI breakers on the panel. I just have some sheet rock patching/painting to do but everything is done now and I'm happy. :-) Thank you Steve and Steve (SI)! Great job!

Everything went really well. I say this with surprise, because whenever we've had anything done inside the house, there were always problems. So I can honestly say that this was a blessing to NOT have aggravation and heartache. Bob, Louis and Chris were professional men who you could rely on and trust their words. I would let anyone who needs work done, tell them to give Bob a call in a heartbeat.

This is the second time that I have used Bob from "In the Spirit" Remodeling and Kitchens and again I am thrilled with the end result. Bob and Louis arrived on demo day and got right to work. In no time the bathroom was stripped of everything and thankfully no issues where found below the surface (mold/ water damage) I can tell you that this job was made even more difficult for Bob and Louis because of my stairway which has two 90 degree angled turns making anything large, such as multiple 5ft high wall mirrors that were removed from the bathroom walls a major headache. The bathroom originally had a garden tub and metal shower enclosure which was replaced with an approx 5' x3' frameless shower. Bob's guys sheet rocked the bathroom walls and ceiling, they also skim coated a large skylight opening that rises up 15' or more from the bathroom ceiling. Louis built the shower pan and Bob's tiler, Chris did a mud job on the floor and installed the bathroom floor and all the tile in the shower including 2 niches (again, a huge undertaking when you take going up and down the staircase into consideration). The large vanity, two storage towers, sink, fixtures, lighting fixture, fan, toilet, quartz shower curbing and saddle and all wood trim were installed by Bob and Louis. The Quartz counter top was installed by Bob's Quartz supplier. Bob also sealed the shower grout and the marble shower floor. The job took slightly longer than expected due to some delays with the Quartz supplier but maybe by a week which wasn't terrible. It allowed my wife and I to use the hall bath that Bob had updated the year prior to starting this job. Throughout the job Bob made some helpful suggestions and some things were deleted and others added with no extra charge. Both Bob and Louis are a pleasure to work with and they always attempted to keep the work space clean at the end of the day. Bob also removed and disposed of all the debris associated with this renovation at the end of the job. My wife and I are considering having our kitchen and 1/2 bath renovated and Bob will certainly be getting the call. ***for those of you researching prices for bathroom renos, the total cost of my bathroom was approx $25,000 down to floor mats and soap dispenser...

It went exactly as planned.  They arrived on time, every day.  Covered carpet all the way up the stairs. Respected all my belongings.  They finished exactly as they said they would.  Bob Smith was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.  Can't say enough about this company.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Everything went very well .Tom and Pete spent about 3 hrs at our home taking care of the multiple tasks we approached them with. His service rendered in a quiet efficient fashion. Tom offered advice and suggestions for future improvements. We were very pleased with his professionalism .They will be returning later this week to complete tasks and set up our generator.

I had Bob stop by for an estimate and knew immediately that he was going to get my business. He was very personable and professional. He told me the job would take 2 1/2 days to complete (which it did). Note: Bob supplied the Sheetrock, a portion of the crown molding, paint for the crown molding and a few other items for the job.

The original job consisted of: removing a mirrored medicine cabinet from a side wall which would be replaced by drywall, removing a large full glass mirror affixed to the drywall above the vanity and replace that section of drywall, removing a 48 inch bathroom vanity, sink, sink fixtures, toilet, shower fixtures, which would have to be disposed of by the company. Install: 48 inch bathroom vanity, single piece marble vanity counter top, sink, sink fixtures, toilet, and shower fixtures with items I had previously purchased. Move a GFI outlet a few inches higher to accommodate the higher vanity. Paint the bathroom. install crown molding in the bathroom and changing room /closet then paint the crown molding in each room.

Bob and Louis arrived each of the 3 days at 8am and prepared by covering the floors and stairs with drop clothes in order to protect them. Only one snag popped up during the job, which was not the fault of Bob or Louis but a part of the trim kit that i had purchased
( even with a conversion kit) would not line up with my existing shower body, so I had to order the same one that I was replacing which would not arrive until after the job was completed. Bob was able to install the faucet but I had to wait for the new trim piece to come in and I installed that myself. Mid job, we had asked Bob if he could install a new style lighting fixture and a fixed mirror that we had found for the bathroom which changed some of the measurements, but Bob was able to accommodate the new items by making a few changes without making a fuss. I was impressed with Louis skills, however, I was amazed at how he installed the crown molding without any assistance. His inside and outside corners (crown molding) were flawless. On the last day Bob brought in a painter ( forgive me, but I cannot recall his name but he had a great sense of humor) who did a great job painting the crown

Overall, I was very happy with the work and the price. Both Bob and Louis were a pleasure to work with. Once we're ready for the master bath renovation, " In the Spirit" Handyman Services and Remodeling will be receiving a call.

Tom arrived within the hour after we spoke to the answering service! It was an emergency call on a Saturday!he was extremely professional and knowledgable. The tasks were completed in a timely fashion. He explained everything to us .in addition to helping us understand our generator switch system. We are already planning a return visit to install another outside outletf for the generator. We would highly recommend TFC ElectricInc.

I am so very pleased with Floria's superb service (Pat, Mike, and Bobby) and quality of work.  I purchased their special offer for $99 for 2 hours of electrical labor (total of 4) which saved me a great amount for the installation.  Highly recommend, and am already planning my next home projects with them.

Very well. Pete was polite, eager to please, clean and neat. He came up with a solution using the motion detector to light the whole patio area. Other electricians said it couldn't be done without adding major changes.
