    Scott Hadfield Construction
I originally hired Scott Hadfield Construction to remodel 2 bathrooms. He did such an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with that I hired him to replace the hardwood floor in most of my house. Scott Hadfield Construction consists of Scott and one other employee. There is no concern that the work will be subcontracted to other employees. Scott is involved in everything. He helped me pick out the new tile, vanity, counter tops, flooring, etc. We went to several stores to find what I was looking for. He was very accommodating. I was working very long hours while Scott was doing the work so I was never home when he was working. It didn't matter. Scott is very trustworthy. He is also very neat. He cleaned up every night before he left. He treated my house like it was his house. He is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. He also provided regular updates on the progress and timetable. There were a couple of items that were on backorder. Scott followed up with the company more than I would have. I highly recommend Scott Hadfield Construction.

Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
Owners (husband/wife) were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Business location was easily accessible and full of the products they use so it was easy to make decisions on fixtures, vanity, tub, etc. The two young men that did the work were also professional, highly experienced, and most importantly, trust worthy; they were in my home unescorted for 10 days. They cleaned up each night and arrived promptly each morning. My bathroom looks like it's out of a magazine! I loved them so much they are now actively designing my kitchen!

    Nulook Group Inc
Bruce and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job! My entire house needed to be gutted and rebuilt after a fire. I have never seen a team work as hard as this one! They arrived early each morning and worked diligently all day. Bruce is definitely one of the "good guys". He is fair and professional. He double-checked with me before completing projects, and I am just thrilled with the results! I highly recommend the Nu-look Group!

Excellent workmanship, Bruce routered a decorative edge in the solid surface countertop we picked out. The dishwasher install and countertop job was done quickly and efficiently. My favorite was the handmade crown molding he installed in the bathroom.

Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
The highest grade I can give is an A? Why is it not possible
to give this group a rating of A+?
My wife and I had our kitchen gutted and totally rebuilt by
4 Points Remodeling and Design Center this summer.  The whole experience was an exercise in
maximum customer delight (well past satisfaction).
In February, we were working with another group on a design
for the kitchen when we contacted 4 Points for a second estimate. Immediately,
the design that Missie Montgomery came up with totally blew the other group out
of the water.  She listened well to our
needs, applied her creative genius to the concept, and provided the perfect
design for us.  It incorporated some
unique aspects of our current kitchen and amplified them to tie in with the
    future design.
The price was reasonable, and we went ahead with a contract
with complete confidence.  Missie and Jim
Montgomery helped immensely with the challenging phase of selecting the details
of the design (cabinet details, colors, tiles, lighting, etc.) so we were in
control but greatly aided by experienced people who knew what they were doing. They
    made the decision process easy.
The demolition and installation were started a week earlier
than the original estimate, and we were absolutely amazed with the speed and
precision of the workers.  They took care
to protect the remainder of the house from the mess and got the job done
efficiently. The crews were all pleasant and respectful at all times. I cannot
say enough for the caliber of workers they provided to do this job. If you want
true craftsmen doing the work in your home, you want these people.
As with any large job, there were unexpected challenges or
setbacks that came up.  In each case, Jim
and Missie were all over the situation working to ensure we were delighted and
that costs remained as they had originally predicted. Everything came together
as expected. They communicated well at every opportunity and made sure we were
not in the dark on anything.
The end result is a truly ?world class? kitchen done on time
and within budget, and we are totally delighted customers. If you have any
remodeling work coming up, look into 4 Points Remodeling and Design Center as a
group that cannot be beat in terms of delivering excellence with precision and
    without nasty surprises.

    Frontline Remodeling
Brad Norbert delivered everything that he promised us. He and his staff are professional, ethical, arrived on time, clean and orderly. There are always stumbling blocks when a renovation takes place and obstacles to overcome and Frontline was instrumental in helping us get past them. Brad's experience gives him a clear understanding of some of these hidden obstacles and is able to anticipate some necessary improvements that we did not consider. Examples of this was to bring up to code the installation and upgrade the electrical. We have had many renovations done in our homes and I have to say, Frontline is right at the top of the list. We have recommended Frontline to friends who have contracted a kitchen renovation for later this spring.

I had to buy the kitchen faucet & door lock but Clayton had told me what kind to buy.  He was very professional, honest, detail oriented and was very knowledgeable about all his work for us.  We may have him come back to install a new bathroom tile floor.  We were very impressed by him.  He called before he arrived and we were very pleased with his work.

    A Best Construction Inc

I was truly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the two men from A-Best Construction: Nick and Chris were knowledgeable , prompt, and did exceptional work, They cleaned up every night when done , they were courteous and kind. They were helpful in many ways . they would let the dog in and out, brought my garbage cans back after emptied, shoveled walk when I expected a delivery. They are truly gentleman , with great work ethic's that you seldom see these days:  They take pride in there work and it shows: Every one who sees the kitchen is impressed and wants the name of my contractor :

    Son's Painting and Flooring Inc.
Tom and Dwayne were great to work with. They were punctional and helpful. We have a 2 story entry way and we couldn't get up all the way to paint it. Tom and Dwayne were very perfessional and took care of the painting with no problem. The major job we hired them for was to lay the tile in the 400 sq ft kitchen. It previously had white lanolin on the floor that was dirty and ripped. Tom was very helpful and informative when we were picking out our tile. He told me what exactly I should be looking for so I get the best tile for where we were putting it. I was looking for a heavy duty tile for our high traffic kitchen. We didn't want something that was going to break easily. With the information I received ahead of time from Tom I was able to find that exact tile. We had the tile delivered and then Tom and Dwayne arrived to lay it. It took a few days from the laying of the tile to the grouting before we were able to walk on it but it looks great and I would have son's painting and flooring do any painting or flooring job again. Thank you for all tour help and great service

    Creative Spaces of Rochester, Inc
I would not recommend engaging Andrew Ribble or his company for any type of work.  Andrew promised 30% more kitchen space when in actuality, his design resulted in downsizing our refrigerator, microwave and cupboard space.
We originally hired Andrew for design and remodel of our kitchen for 43,900 contract price.  Andrew ordered and installed poorly, the wrong sized cabinets and the trim job was horrific.  The crown molding he used was about 4 inches in diameter and looked ridiculous. He trimmed OVER our window casing and told us that was how it's always done thinking we were ignorant.   His designs caused a chain reaction of mistakes and errors.  He measurements were wrong which pigeon holed us into very limited choices for appliances. He was RARELY on site. I saw him do a little painting only one time in 3 months.  He does show up every morning for 5 minutes to drink coffee, look around and then leave his inept sub to guess what to do.
He hung our cabinets with drywall screws and rigged some metal shims above to hold them together.  Our new GC said that the few screws that were there, never would have supported weight.  Live wires were left unattended to at child level.  Our pantry cabinet door has fallen off all together.  Light leaks all over from a terrible trim effort.  I sit here today after 3 months with a kitchen that is only done 70%.
Andrew did not pay the electrician, plumber or Solid surfaces for the countertops.  He did not follow contract, he swapped out cabinets for cheaper ones and he failed to deliver all of the material that we have already paid for.  Andrew has no business being in the construction industry and has the worst work ethic I have ever seen.  Don't let him fool you like he did us, he is the worst type of criminal.  We are out $53,000, have a mediocre at best, half done kitchen and now pursuing legal action against him along with a few other parties.
