    Neverwet Basement Waterproofing
Thank you to everyone at Neverwet Basements that was involved in the waterproofing of my basement. They were hardworking, polite and they always had a smile on their face, no matter how hard the work was. They jackhammered the inside perimeter of the basement and carried out buckets of concrete while still taking care to keep my house as clean as possible. They removed the mold. My basement is now clean, odor free, dry and comfortable and the work came with a lifetime warranty. Special thanks to Kevin and Joel for keeping me well informed throughout the process and thanks to everyone involved for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Neverwet Basements. If you need your basement waterproofed, this is the company to hire!

From first meeting to estimate & repairs I did not have any problems like I stated in review John went beyond what was in contract / estimate which was also very fair . ARMSTRONG WATERPROOFING Inc
UPDATE:  As a result of my review, Armstrong Waterproofing sent a crew
out to vacuum the basement, and promised to repair lawn damage when
Spring arrives.  This is the kind of action that a good business
provides in response to valid customer complaints.  Our basement is now
much cleaner than it was even before they did the initial repairs...they
got all the cobwebs off walls and ceiling, for example.

When the septic was finally completed 10/2013, butch stated that since the yard was too wet (lots of rain delayed the job),
The yard was left muddy until it could be worked spring 2014. After he was contacted in april 2014, he stated he would not even look at it until the end of may. At the end of may, he came down briefly for an "estimate", but I could not get a quote or him to return. The ground was quite dry in may and june, and could have been graded and planted then easily. However, the wet area remained on the opposite side of the yard from the french drain, and he insisted it was not his fault. I personally dug a trench accross the yard go allow water to flow to the french drain until it could be fixed. The weeds grew up, and I had to mow slowly and carefully, due to larger ruts in the ground from the unevenness in the yard.
I had several other contractors come for an estimate, (sibce i could not get him to come back) but none wanted the job. The last estimate told me the man who did the job should come back and fix it.
This contractor was rude and obnoxious, and would nor take responsibility for anything.

I was satisfied with the work that they did. They were very personable and very knowledgeable. They were here on time. They did everything in the timeframe that they said they were going to do it in. They were very helpful with things I needed to have with moving. I liked their service. Any questions I ask them, they were knowledgeable and they answered it appropriately.

    Creative Spaces of Rochester, Inc
I would not recommend engaging Andrew Ribble or his company for any type of work.  Andrew promised 30% more kitchen space when in actuality, his design resulted in downsizing our refrigerator, microwave and cupboard space.
We originally hired Andrew for design and remodel of our kitchen for 43,900 contract price.  Andrew ordered and installed poorly, the wrong sized cabinets and the trim job was horrific.  The crown molding he used was about 4 inches in diameter and looked ridiculous. He trimmed OVER our window casing and told us that was how it's always done thinking we were ignorant.   His designs caused a chain reaction of mistakes and errors.  He measurements were wrong which pigeon holed us into very limited choices for appliances. He was RARELY on site. I saw him do a little painting only one time in 3 months.  He does show up every morning for 5 minutes to drink coffee, look around and then leave his inept sub to guess what to do.
He hung our cabinets with drywall screws and rigged some metal shims above to hold them together.  Our new GC said that the few screws that were there, never would have supported weight.  Live wires were left unattended to at child level.  Our pantry cabinet door has fallen off all together.  Light leaks all over from a terrible trim effort.  I sit here today after 3 months with a kitchen that is only done 70%.
Andrew did not pay the electrician, plumber or Solid surfaces for the countertops.  He did not follow contract, he swapped out cabinets for cheaper ones and he failed to deliver all of the material that we have already paid for.  Andrew has no business being in the construction industry and has the worst work ethic I have ever seen.  Don't let him fool you like he did us, he is the worst type of criminal.  We are out $53,000, have a mediocre at best, half done kitchen and now pursuing legal action against him along with a few other parties.

    Scott Hadfield Construction
my basement toilet kept leaking and filling up again. He came and said that it could not be repaired and suggested a new toilet. He came in and removed the old toilet and replaced it with a high efficiency toilet. He took away the old toilet. Now it is working very well.

The sump pump on my laundry tub stopped working and the water was going all over the basement floor. Scott came over and said I needed to install a new sump pump. He purchased a new pump and installed it the same day. There was a lot of extra plastic pipe that needed to be installed also. He even mopped up the water that was on the floor. When I went to check the job I could not believe that the water was gone and my laundry room looked better that it has in along time. Thanks Scott for a job well done.

    Everdry Waterproofing New York
I contacted Everdry to waterproof the crawlspace under the living room addition of new to me 1968 built home because the crawl space was flooding every time there was a moderate to heavy rainfall. The salesman told me that Everdry would only water proof the entire home including the crawlspace or else they would not guarantee the work. so I agreed to waterproof the entire house including the crawlspace under the addition. When the workers started the job they began by waterproofing the main house. I asked them to start in the crawlspace but they began in the main house basement anyway assuring me that they would get to the crawlspace after they had finished the basement. when the workers finished the entire job they told me that if there was any leakage in either the basement or crawlspace to contact Everdry and they would repair any problem. Everdry claims to have a lifetime guarantee. The first heavy rain we had after they completed job we had a leakage in the crawlspace resulting with a flooded crawlspace with about 2" of water. I contacted Everdry and reported the problem so they sent a representative out to inspect the problem. When the inspector came he told me that the crawlspace was not covered under the warrantee but that for an additional fee of $1,400.they would send out a crew to repair the leakage. I told him that the contract clearly stated that the crawlspace was fully covered under the warrantee he insisted that it wasn't.. I than told him that I would pursue the claim through the legal system and he said go ahead and try and left. I then contacted the New york State consumer Protection board who said that they would mediate the dispute and that i should send them copies of all my paper work related to the transaction. after the state consumer protection board contacted Everdry finally agreed to send a crew to repair the leaky crawl space. Some time passed before we received a heavy rain but when we finally had a heavy rain the crawlspace continued to leak resulting with about an inch of water in the crawlspace. I was so disgusted with Everdry by then that I no longer contacted them. I just recently had all the roof gutters on the house replaced with seamless gutters and was happy to discover that after the first heavy rain the crawlspace no longer leaked. I would suggest to any body interested in having your basement waterproofed that you first check and replace your roof gutters if needed before checking out basement waterproofing and if you do decide to waterproof your basement stay far, far away from Everdry Basement Waterproofing.
