    Neverwet Basement Waterproofing
Thank you to everyone at Neverwet Basements that was involved in the waterproofing of my basement. They were hardworking, polite and they always had a smile on their face, no matter how hard the work was. They jackhammered the inside perimeter of the basement and carried out buckets of concrete while still taking care to keep my house as clean as possible. They removed the mold. My basement is now clean, odor free, dry and comfortable and the work came with a lifetime warranty. Special thanks to Kevin and Joel for keeping me well informed throughout the process and thanks to everyone involved for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Neverwet Basements. If you need your basement waterproofed, this is the company to hire!

From first meeting to estimate & repairs I did not have any problems like I stated in review John went beyond what was in contract / estimate which was also very fair . Removing old floor tiles from basement floor , replacing gutter drains , removing compost box & clearing drainage trench at rear of property I was very happy with results .

    ARMSTRONG WATERPROOFING Inc
UPDATE:  As a result of my review, Armstrong Waterproofing sent a crew
out to vacuum the basement, and promised to repair lawn damage when
Spring arrives.  This is the kind of action that a good business
provides in response to valid customer complaints.  Our basement is now
much cleaner than it was even before they did the initial repairs...they
got all the cobwebs off walls and ceiling, for example.

    Everdry Waterproofing New York
I contacted Everdry to waterproof the crawlspace under the living room addition of new to me 1968 built home because the crawl space was flooding every time there was a moderate to heavy rainfall. The salesman told me that Everdry would only water proof the entire home including the crawlspace or else they would not guarantee the work. so I agreed to waterproof the entire house including the crawlspace under the addition. When the workers started the job they began by waterproofing the main house. I asked them to start in the crawlspace but they began in the main house basement anyway assuring me that they would get to the crawlspace after they had finished the basement. when the workers finished the entire job they told me that if there was any leakage in either the basement or crawlspace to contact Everdry and they would repair any problem. Everdry claims to have a lifetime guarantee. The first heavy rain we had after they completed job we had a leakage in the crawlspace resulting with a flooded crawlspace with about 2" of water. I contacted Everdry and reported the problem so they sent a representative out to inspect the problem. When the inspector came he told me that the crawlspace was not covered under the warrantee but that for an additional fee of $1,400.they would send out a crew to repair the leakage. I told him that the contract clearly stated that the crawlspace was fully covered under the warrantee he insisted that it wasn't.. I than told him that I would pursue the claim through the legal system and he said go ahead and try and left. I then contacted the New york State consumer Protection board who said that they would mediate the dispute and that i should send them copies of all my paper work related to the transaction. after the state consumer protection board contacted Everdry finally agreed to send a crew to repair the leaky crawl space. Some time passed before we received a heavy rain but when we finally had a heavy rain the crawlspace continued to leak resulting with about an inch of water in the crawlspace. I was so disgusted with Everdry by then that I no longer contacted them. I just recently had all the roof gutters on the house replaced with seamless gutters and was happy to discover that after the first heavy rain the crawlspace no longer leaked. I would suggest to any body interested in having your basement waterproofed that you first check and replace your roof gutters if needed before checking out basement waterproofing and if you do decide to waterproof your basement stay far, far away from Everdry Basement Waterproofing.

    Everdry Waterproofing New York
I thought it had gone well, until we had our first real summer rain. Now I wish I never hired Everdry Waterproofing to waterproof my basement. We have an old house built in 1920 and we have a wet basement. Needless to say, our basement still has the same major water problems. Only now we are $6500 more in debt.

To add insult to injury, the staff who come out to inspect problems and make repairs are rude and unprofessional. Even the manager who came out the third time was rude and unsympathetic to our frustration with our basement flooding problem. And I thought it might help to have a manager come out since it was the 3rd time we had had major flooding in our basement following rainfall that damaged countless boxes and furniture that we moved down there after they completed their work and (verbally) guaranteed that our basement flooding problems were behind us had no apology for us that the "Everdry" system. I WAS WRONG!

My advice to you: Don't waste your money on their sales gimmicks and false guarantees. There is no written guarantee that anything they do while tearing up your yard and basement will work. And my experience shows that chances are, they don't care if it does or not.

It was great. They showed up, I was not a 100% ready and they helped me get ready. They did the job in a timely manner and it was really good. They were here on time every day.
