    The service person was fine. My refrigerator had stopped working in the freezer. He informed me that because it was in a garage it needed a warmer unit installed. I did not like that but understood so I arranged to have him order one and install it the following week. When he came back he found it did not fit. He checked for me and I checked. He later called and said there was no unit for this refrigerator. I found out that the reason there was no unit was that the refrigerator already had pone installed. It was supposed to work to 34 degrees. My garage had not gone below 34 for more than an hour or so as it was attached and insulated. I asked LOWES to live up to their warranty but they refused. I will not call this company again as I feel they should have corrected the problem.

    Randy arrived on Tuesday, a little late in the day, but diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. The new Control Board took 3 days to come in, unfortunately on a Friday. So, on Monday, the repairs were made around noon.

    Lou diagnosed the problem as a worn connector attachment to the circuit board which intermittently made contact with the circuit board.  Lou re-soldered the receptacle to the circuit board.  Problem solved.
    Lou mentioned that it may fail again as the hole in the board was badly worn from vibration and Lou told me what it would cost to replace the board if the problem re-occurred.
    Problem did reoccur a few months later.  I found board on Amazon.com and replaced it myself.
    Lou got us out of a pinch and his cost was very reasonable.  We have used Lou a few times before and we will call again if needed.

    Frank came out within a day of scheduling appointment.  He had to order a part for the fridge and was back the next day.  For the dish washer he wanted to have his partner who was more familiar with our model.  He was able to get the dish washer repaired within 15 minutes.  We were very satisfied with our experence.

    There was no water going into dishwater.  The men who came from Nick's anticipated what the problem might be and had the necessary part on their truck.  They were very professional and did the repair in about an hour.

    Frank diagnosed our fridge problems and ended up defrosting the coils which has frozen over.  And he also found the defrost thermostat was bad and replaced it.
    Frank was very punctual, friendly and overall great.  He fit us in very short noticed, picked up some parts on the way that he thought would help, and was able to repair the fridge the same day we called him.  Couldn't ask for more!

    Brian got back to me right away and came out and repaced the burned out heating element.but turns out i had more than one problem so he had to order another controller and he came out again after receiving the part from the factory.He did not charge me for the service call on the second trip out ,only for the part

    Great, completed the previous washer repair quickly.
     
    Let me tell you how honest Dean is. A few years ago, he found a $20.00 bill inside the washer (outside the drum but inside the base).  After the repair, he told me about finding the money.
    Such honesty! I would never have known and he could have kept it.
    Since he was so honest , I felt I had to split it with him. He did not want to take it but I insisted.
      I have recommended Dean to a friend and she too was very happy with his services.

    They were very responsive and reasonable. They sent technicians to my home. They were reliable. They were able to get somebody out as soon as possible. I liked them for the fact that they could get somebody out quickly. The technicians that they had sent out, I did remember they were very knowledgeable. They were professional and courteous. They made sure that they did not track goods in the house or anything like that. They did not have to clean up after themselves because they fore cleaned when they came in. In terms of price, I think they were probably reasonable. They were not exorbitant for that type of service. When I need something done, I do not crib about the cost a lot. I would use their services again in the future.

    They had a web service where you explain you're problem and we explained our problem. They seemed to know exactly what part was needed. We made an appointment and two or three days later they came over, and they put the right part in and the gas range works fine now. They knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. It wasn't too long. They were able to fix it right away and solved the problem. I'm not really familiar with the price of the part. We will use their services again in the future.
