  • It went poorly because the Hudson River Yoga refused to honor their promotion.  I told them that I was injured and that it was not my fault because I fell down a flight of stairs during the winter.  I wanted to practice Yoga at Hudson River Yoga to help my healing process.  In fact, Yoga is all about healing and wellness but the business owner Sushanna refused to offer me this promotion.  She was more interested in the money and she complained to me that she would lose money by offering me the promotion.  I was willing to pay whatever the promotion was asking which was for $50 dollars.  My only request was to wait until my doctor cleared me for Yoga.  But Sushanna discriminated against me and then she tried to coerce me into paying almost double the price to take yoga classes when my ankle healed.  She was rude, unprofessional, and callous over the phone and showed no understanding for my situation and my interested in her studio.  I even told her that she would lose me as a repeat customer if she refused to honor her promotion.  It is said that a crude business owner like Sushanna would be leading a Yoga studio where it has many students and teachers who preach wellness and health.  She is the most anti-yoga person I have spoken to since she only cares about profits and disregards people in unfortunate situations.

  • I went to see Ming for an ankle injury I had for the past two months. Ming performed an evaluation and knew right away that I had swelling in the ankle. She also found that the ankle was not fractured.  She then did the acupuncture for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, the ankle swelling had shown improvement. The next morning I felt some discomfort in the ankle so it may be to early to tell if one visit is enough.



    Overall Ming was very professional and polite. She was very friendly and tried to help me. I am very grateful for that. I also appreciated the discount Ming gave me for being an Angies List member.  Because my insurance has a high deductible, I will not be able to afford another session but I feel this has helped the healing process for my ankle.

  • I cannot commend Dr. Dell highly enough for his demeanor, his patient bedside manner and his technical competence. These attributes also extend to every member of his staff who all go out of their way to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Dr. Marie Louise-Johnson is always extremely thorough and considers factors, such as lifestyle and age and temperament, in addition to the condition at hand. I think she is terrific, but it is extremely hard to get an appointment.

  • Aetna is efficient with payments, and generally easy to deal with. They offer a "concierge" service that is a well-informed person who can look up your situation and provide cost estimates or navigate claims or otherwise inform you of what you need to do. I like this in concept, though once was very mis-informed about the cost of a certain procedure.So the hospital bill came out considerably higher than expected. The next person I spoke with after the fact was able to look up the conversation, so that made me feel good, even though there was nothing they could do about the cost. Their online setup for searching doctors and claims and prescription reorder, etc. is pretty good. Helpful content is available. Some of the interfaces are clunky.

  • Overall, it was a great experience. Normally, I dread the dentist, but in this case, Dr.Schwartz let me know exactly what was going on with my dental work so I could be less anxiety prone. This helped tremendously! He even tried to make me laugh when I was getting work done, to relieve some stress and relax a little. The dental work was done quickly, and I left feeling happy that I made it through a dental visit. I think this will be the beginning of a great dental experience for the remainder of my work and cleanings. Thanks!!!

  • They were very friendly, good with the kids.

    Two reasons not better scored
    1. The office and equipment is very dated. Kind of felt like a low scale clinic. It was clean, which is of most importance.

    2. My husband had to have a filling - he has had several in his life. He felt they did not do it correctly. Made the whole much bigger than it needed to be and were not good about dulling the pain. His other filling look nicer (if that matters). This one is jagged.

    As my review says- they were helpful, friendly and the routine exam was fine. There are NO bells and whistles. Bare minimum.

  • Went in for a general checkup, after having avoided dentists for a while. He has his office in BILLINGS (near LaGrange). I think he used to work in a practice in Wappingers Falls. Do not confuse the two (the Wappinger's practice is very difficult about scheduling appointments).
    Dr. Neishewat's office in Billings is very modern and uses digital x-rays, which come out faster and don't involve uncomfortable film going into your mouth, nor smelly film.
    The hygienist was friendly and very skilled. Dr. Neishewat's visit with me was extremely quick. I would have liked him to have spent more time, but all indicators were that I had no issues. So I can't say for sure how he is, except that I would say he has a more noninvasive approach.

  • He does great work. The only complaint I have is his lack of recognition of people because he had never met me at one point and assumed he had and he was talking about things. My husband had been the one taking my son in for all the appointments up until the very end of his actual treatment. I had to take him in one day and he was just talking at me as though I knew it and when I asked him to slow down because I didn't understand what he was talking about, he kind of made me feel like I should know that. His bedside manner with me was not great but he always paid my son great attention and was great with him. The staff and the office environment were great. Everything is well routine. There were a couple of emergency situations where hardware would be broken and we'd have to wait a day or so for their availability for something to be done immediately because we don't live in the area.

  • He has amazing bedside manner with my kids, they always look forward to going. The staff is wonderful They know us by name. If you finish walking to the door, they know your name. We've run into the dental hygienist a few times and that's pretty important for someone you see once every six months. I think that's pretty amazing. I wouldn't be going there if I didn't think it was great.
